We have only had our bed for 5years and 8 months. We have about a 2 ft crack in the foam . They will not cover it because they said we don't have an approved cover on it. And they are saying that we spilled water on it. We don't drink or eat in our bed . This company is a scam they don't stand behind their products. It's a very expensive mistake we paid over 2,000 dollars for this junk product

I was sad to learn that line isn't made anymore so I sought out the new version by trying out mattresses at a local showroom. The minute I tested it, it felt like a Rhapsody. I ordered and got it delivered from tempurpedic.com and have been in love since day one. Absolutely perfect Rhapsody replacement for me.

Finally found the right mattress for cervical/thoracic/lumbar relief for proper rest that I've been looking for. Not too sinky soft, not to stiffy hard but just the right balance to literally cradle my body to get a restful sleep. Great for post cervical spine surgery. Of course the adjustable smart base does make it all that much better.

Having own a temperpedic king for 13 years it was time to upgrade and we are very please with the new setup delivery was prompt and they removed the old mattress and bases we love the adjustable bases as with all temperpedics making up the bed is a bit of a chore but doing the split twins is a little easy to maneuver than the old king look forward to enjoy for years to come by the way we are both seniors FYI

I had the Tempurpedic Classic Symphony for 12 years and it was the best!! But it began to sag so I used my pro-rated warranty claim for a new mattress and foundation. The Symphony had been discontinued so I was given the medium adapt which is completely different. I have had it for around four weeks and have been in such pain upon waking, in my back, legs, and neck. It is also much higher. I had to buy anothe brand Mattress Topper, which has really helped and really the only way I've been able to keep it. It is comfortable now with it. It's not fair that you not only lose the 90 day trial, but are also stuck with the purchase when you use your warranty. I wish they hadn't discontinued the Symphony as it was firm but plush and comfy. All of the representatives were all very helpful and friendly though, and the claim process was great, other than the fact that I am not happy with the mattress.

I have purchased Tempurpedic bed toppers for other beds in my house and they came beautifully packaged, clean and flawless. This time when I purchased a topper it came in poorly repackaged, dingy looking and the cover had a rip in it. It was clearly one that someone had sent back after sleeping on it for 90 days. It was clear that quality control had not looked it over before rewrapping it, and I have no idea whether it was sanitized in any way. I am incredibly disappointed with a company that touts itself as being the absolute best. The product itself is good, but I expected better from Tempurpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying sleeping on my new Tempurpedic-Adapt Medium mattress. I got the best sleep in months. The ability to rise my legs in a comfortable position was amazing. Reading or watching TV is more relaxing when I can adjust the level of my pillow easily.

I purchased a Stern & Foster slept on this mattress for 30 nights and it was the worst 30 nights of my life!! I sent it back. I did my homework, jumped from Store to Store looking at my options, every sales rep explained the benefits of the Tempur-Pedic, I was like the Tree bears trying to figure out which mattress would fit me. I only had one more chance, so I had to make it work! I was Very reluctant to purchase, I choose the ADAPT med Hybrid. I received it on the 15 of April, 2023 and what a difference!!!! My back and hips felt amazing . Getting up was such a pleasure and a Great night sleep was the best gift ever!!! Now I need a pillow .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twelve years ago we spent a week at a lake house and got to try out a Tempur-Pedic mattress. We were sold after that week. Never had I slept so well, and my husband's back was happy too. It took us a few years to finally purchase our own, but I cannot imagine ever changing to another product. We bought a queen in 2015 and a king in 2019. Both are the same type, the original formula. Love them. For some reason I prefer the queen mattress, but don't sleep on it because my husband prefers the king. Both are wonderful. For the years we used the queen, I would climb into bed and say to my husband, "Aren't you glad we finally got this." Not exaggerating. It felt so good at the end of the day climbing into it. Still like the king mattress very much but it does not feel quite the same to me. It may be the frame. The queen has the flat foundation on a standard metal frame. The King has a power base so we cannot have a flat foundation under it, so that may be the difference. I can recommend both mattresses though. Love the traditional Adapt. It feels very firm at first but completely adapts to my body as I move.

This is my third Tempur-Pedic mattress! My first one was given to my daughter, and my second one was given to a friend suffering from cancer. This one felt like an old friend hugging me all night long! I was so excited to get back to a mattress that helps me get the best rest! I no longer wake up with my hands feeling numb, or problems with my sciatica pain. I will never have anything other than a Tempur-Pedic! My next one will be a king sized, and I'll move the queen into our guest room so they can enjoy the comfort of a Tempur-Pedic!
