[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my life I have been skeptical about mattress companies boasting about the quality of their products because any mattress I've ever slept on, whether at home or a hotel, I have had persistent lower back issues. But no more! It truly lives up to its name of "Adapt" as it adapts to your form, keeps and holds you there firmly, like a hug! I would have to say 5/5 stars for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is good. It's pretty comfortable. Im a side sleeper and my shoulders and hips have issues it seems. However, the adjustable base helps some with that. I don't think the "cooling" stuff in the mattress cover does anything, especially after you put a mattress protector and a fitted sheet on top of it. Ours doesn't have much "cooling" stuff and I'm glad as I think paying more for stuff you're hiding under layers of cloth would be a waste of money. It has helped my ankles/achilles-tendons which were previously very stiff in the morning. My lower back is also doing much better with this mattress than my prior mattress. The medium firm is pretty firm still - we've only had it for a short period of time and we keep the room pretty cool - so it stays on the firmer side. My only real negative is, it's expensive!

Both my husband and I experienced mid back pain after 1 night of sleeping on this mattress, pain we did not have prior. We were hoping that the mattress would break in, but after a month and a half we are still experiencing pain. We are in the process of returning the mattress.

Her mattress was older, and we made the choice to invest in a quality mattress to support our daughter's growing body. The delivery process was amazing as we were met with professional communication and amazing delivery. It was lovely not having to go into a store and taking the mattress home with us. Our online shopping and delivery experience was perfect. Equally as awesome, our daughter's back pain as gone away, and she is absolutely in love with her new bed! We will invest soon in the future for myself and my husband in the quality and comfort of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have slept great on this mattress from day one. The verdict is still out for my wife, though, as she prefers a softer mattress. This is advertised as medium firmness but I would say now that I've been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks thst it's more on the firm side. Probably worth trying one in the store if you're on the fence.

I had a wonderful Tempur-pedic mattress for over 15 years. Then, when I moved to a new state, I left that mattress behind and ordered a relatively inexpensive mattress from one of the newer online vendors. After a year, it had softened into a hammock-like shape. So, based on online reviews, I purchased a new Tempur-Adapt Medium. It's certainly better than my previous mattress. But for a side-sleeper like myself, it sometimes feels too firm for my shoulders and hips -- too much pressure on those areas, resulting in a slight tenderness. Of course, I'll keep the mattress. But I long for the original Tempur-pedic mattress that I purchased in 1999.

I bought this new tempurpedic to replace my 11 year old Tempurpedic mattress. Obviously, I am a devoted user of this product. While this replacement mattress is very comfortable I am disappointed that it still has the problem of getting to warm while sleeping on it. I find myself having to move around to get to a cooler spot more often than I want. I am having both knees replaced this year so I had hoped to have updated to a newer better mattress. It's definitely newer but fails on the better part.

Both of us have experienced a reduction in body pains and are sleeping better. One really nice benefit is that one of us can get in and out of the bed without disturbing the other; there is practically no movement. Just the right amount of firmness. So glad we invested!

My husband and I bought this bed without testing it. We picked it out based off of online reviews and talking to people we knew. Best decision ever! I've had a lot of back issues over the years but this bed is so comfortable and supportive. My back thanks me every day for it.

This mattress is deeper and firmer than my previous one that I had for 15 years. Not very good for my bad back and neck but can't afford the softer, more expensive one. Maybe it will mold to my body over time but not so far and it's been almost two months.
