[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that a medium mattress would have some firmness to it instead my body just sunk into the mattress and i felt like i was lying in a hole, very,very disappointed.This was almost the same as the lux estate hybrid plush which i owned very briefly and was a terrible mattress.I hope to do better next time.

Once I ordered it, I was going crazy waiting for it to be delivered. I was doing a daily countdown! Now that it's here, it's everything we expected. So soft and supportive. Sleep is so peaceful and comfortable again. We had a S&F before our last mattress, and from now on, we will only buy S&F!

After 17 years with a horrible hard mattress, I'm happy to say I no longer have any aches and pains! I was hesitant to spend the extra money on the upgraded reserve pillow top but I'm so glad I did! It was worth every penny! Now I love to go to bed because I know I'm going to get a good nights sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never really given it much thought about the quality of good rest and sleep until I recently started having back issues over the last 2yrs that I've been very restless and tossing and turning never getting a good night's rest waking up tired and sore. After constantly visiting the chiropractor twice a week over a year just didn't make a difference. So my last option was to break down and buy a quality matress and when I say quality I mean it, this is the last mattress I'll ever own. The best sleep I've experienced in years, I felt so rested and couldn't believe the pain relief from this mattress. Unbelievable!!! You definitely get what you pay for. Best investment I've made in a long time. I highly recommend.

With our old bed when either my wife or I got out of the bed the other person knew it, not with this bed neither of us is disturbed if one of us get up during the night. The bed is just top quality.

Since I have Ben sleeping on this mattress, I sleep well during the night and my back pain has reduced significantly during the day. I had not been charged for my mattress for over a month, I called Stearn and Foster tried to get past the automated attendant, but it kept saying to re-phrase my question. Tracking your order is a joke, there are no details. Managment needs to make some customer-oriented changes. When you spend more money you expect better service.

I SLEEP SO MUCH BETTER, I HAVE HAD THE MATTRESS ALMOST A MONTH NOW.I DON'T TOSS AND TURN,LIKE BEFORE AND I SLEEP MUCH COOLER. Mattress was very comfortable for about the first year. Now it’s sagging more on both sides of the bed. My husbands side is the worse side. He is not a big man. Very disappointed for the cost of the mattress and adjustable base. The bright side being I can use the base with a different mattress.

The hand-tufted velvet finish is delightful, but it is the cradling of the Stearns & Foster Reserve mattress that I truly appreciate. Combine that with the attention to detail in craftsmanship and ethical sourcing of material makes for a divine sanctuary for lovely beauty rest.
