Nothing seems to be out of place when you move around and it's sturdy but soft enough. Hard to explain but we're glad we got it now and can look forward to great night sleep everytime.

The store warned me that it might be really tight and smell like plastic when it arrived. I did not experience either. I just to moan when I got out of bed in the morning, I never realized how bad my old mattress was. I have not had any ackey joints since I received the mattress. My only regret is I didn't purchase it years ago. Thanks for building such great quality products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has done wonders for my stiff and achy back! I now can wake up be it in the middle of the night, or morning and my body feels rested. There was a transition period of a few weeks that I wasn't sure things would work out, but I'm glad I held out. The side walls could be a bit more solid, but it holds weight pretty well when sitting on the side of the bed. If you are on the heavier side, this is Not for Tummy/Stomach sleepers. But if you are a side or back sleeper, I highly recommend!

The buttons on the surface are an odd choice, as you can sometimes feel them (and it's not always comfortable). It doesn't seem quite as soft as a previously available model (ultra plush Cassatt), but is great overall.

After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. I debated about going with the PT soft or firm, and decided to try the soft and it is perfect, especially with the builtin Temperpedic memory foam adding perfect comfort and an amazing nights sleep... Love this mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress for my guest room. Every time I really struggled to sleep, I slept in there. After about 6 months I finally purchase the pillow top soft reserve for my own room. It has really improved my sleep and I wish I had purchased it sooner. The only thing I didn't realize is how think the mattress is...guess it will totally be worth purchasing deeper sheets too but I love it.

Since I have Ben sleeping on this mattress, I sleep well during the night and my back pain has reduced significantly during the day.
