This mattress is hot and well, saggy. I am not that large but if I lie in the middle of the bed, I create a 4-6 inch impression which makes movement hard. I guess it is the memory foam that does that since it was not apparent at first. I have had a few back surgeries and need more support to keep my back in alignment.

I spent over $3500 for the pillow top firm and it has been the worst investment I have ever made. I am a single person and with one person sleeping on the mattress, it is hard to sleep all over the mattress to even out the pillow top sinking. Now the pillow top sinks in one area that I sleep and is very lumpy. I wake up hurting every morning. Now I will be trashing my investment when I can and going back to Beautyrest probably. I had a beautyrest mattress for 9 years before finally buying a new one. Losing over $3500 is a big hit.

Purchased in June but already sagging & I have been rotating it too. Now it is sagging on both sides. Tried to file a warranty claim, there is a fabulous 10 yr warranty however, there are so many loopholes in the warranty it's worthless to me. For some reason I have to prove I bought the mattress although my invoice is on file by providing a pic of a law tag. That is a paper tag on the side of the mattress which of course I removed. Could hear the paper crunching when using the mattress. So I was told I could use a tag on the bottom of the mattress. I looked and it doesn't exist, I did not remove it and have never looked at the bottom of the mattress. It was delivered and placed right side up on the bed, I never saw the bottom. I wasted my money & cannot recommend this mattress. Beware if you plan to purchase & be sure to check out the warranty requirements.

I had a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 20 years, it was the highest end mattress you could get at the time. We always loved it. We just moved into our new house and I decided to update our mattress and box springs/foundation. The new mattress and foundation were riddled with defects and issues. I have had to replace 3 different box springs/foundations as the foundations had torn coverings on the bottom or they were poorly put together, The mattress has been replaced once as there was a defective bulge on the side. I received a replacement foundation this week and a replacement mattress. And as I continue this nightmare both items received were defective as well. The mattress has a bulge on the left side of the foam encasement (would never pass any inspection by a mattress quality expert). The foundation does not lay flat, it rocks from one side to the other. I keep telling the customer service reps that there is a quality problem they are experiencing as they keep delivering me defective product after defective product. I wish I had my old mattress back.

Zero soreness in the morning. Waking up refreshed is an amazing feeling. I'm in love with the dark color of the mattress as well. This mattress reminds me of the luxury mattresses that are in five star hotels.

The structure of the mattress deteriorated in less than one year. When I sat on the edge, the edge sank about half way down. The area where I normally slept developed a valley such that my girlfriend said she felt like she was entering a valley. Unfortunately since the mattress sprang back to its original level when no one was on it, the warranty dept refused to provide any help. So I discarded it. Poor quality and disappointing level of customer support.

My wife and I are on our second Stearns and Foster mattress. The first failed under warranty luckily and was replaced with our current mattress. Our experience with our current mattress is the same. Both sides have indentations and valleys that create a poor night's sleep. My wife is under 110 ponds and I am around 175 so I dont think our weight is an issue. Customer service will not replace this mattress stating "it is still within limits". By the way, this mattress is only 3 years old. Our next mattress will not be a Stearns and foster.

Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. It is super heavy and tall which I don't mind. Hands down best nights sleep I have ever had. Only problem I have is keeping our 4 girls out of our bed.
