Yes, they are marshmallow inside. They are PUFF bars. Just like a Russell Stover chocolate covered marshmallow candy. But with protein and a lot less sugar. Sadly been out of stock for quite awhile. Please get them back.

These are my favorite protein bars. The carb count is a little high BUT they taste just like a candy bar. Put one in the microwave for 10 seconds. You'll thank me :)

These taste like a nasty marshmallow and are impossible to chew. Better off eating 160 of actual chocolate to get a sweet fix than waste calories on this abomination
