They're food. There's a vague flavor of cookie dough and brownies. Mostly they're a chewy bar of marshmallow-type filling covered with a shell of bitter dark chocolate. I can us them to meet my calorie, protein, and other intake goals for the day, but I won't buy them again. Kind nut bars are so much better. Not the same ingredients goals, but I feel like I'm eating clean food (Kind) vs. a candy bar (Built).

I've been buying Built Puff bars for years. I was thrilled to see Sam's carry them as they're significantly cheaper than other retailers. However, the texture of these bars are hard and gummy — NOT the soft, marshmallow-y texture they're known for. Most of the bars are smooshed and flat despite the box being undamaged. I really think this is a Sam's quality problem, not a Built problem. I've purchased at other retailers with no issues with regard to quality. I really hope Sam's fixes the issue because I like the bulk pricing!

Good price on sale. The little pieces of cookie on top is just the right amount of crunch. The texture is different, but to me in a good way, it reminds me of chocolate marshmallow eggs at Easter. 2nd time I’ve bought them, and will continue to buy.

I have a nut allergy and Built have a lot of bars i can ear. Have been ordering them from Built for years. Nice to find in a store at a cheaper price. 18 grams of protein, low sugar , and around 135 calories.. However I prefer the bars to the puffs.

These are really good. My 13 year old son has adopted a healthier lifestyle and these are one of his favorite treats. The taste is better than many other protein options and the calories to protein ratio is very good. Cookie dough chunk is his favorite.

My protein rule is for every 10 cal I have 1g of protein - this averages to about that, so solid on the macro play. Flavors are decent they taste like chocolate coated and flavored marshmallow treats. I would like to see a bigger box and a unit price closer to 1.25/bar.

Great price for built puff bars. Tastes good. Like that there are two flavors.
