I have seen these all over social media but did not want to commit to the price tag. These were a great value and honestly pretty good. Id call these more a dessert bar/replacement instead of a protein bar (if that makes sense). They are a marshmallow texture with good flavor. Plan to buy again.

As someone who hates protein bars and can’t tolerate their disgusting taste and texture, these are amazing! They are the closest thing to a candy bar you can get. I personally love the texture because I love marshmallows. It has a gelatin marshmallow texture. I also love the dark chocolate. Both of these flavors were delicious. I thought cookie dough would taste the best but I love the brownie one maybe even more. So good! Heading back to Sam’s for the other flavor pack! Great value!

The brownie ones tasted rancid/awful. I reached out to Built and they actually said they've identified a problem with the taste of the Brownie ones in certain batches. I'm not sure why Sam's is still choosing to sell them or that the company should have told them to pull specific batches off the shelves. I wouldn't risk wasting $20 on them! It left a nasty chemical/rancid aftertaste in my mouth after one small bite.

I want to say that I love these bars... when they first came out they were SO good. But lately the quality has taken a nose dive. I don't know if its because they are over extending themselves or are just making a poorer quality product for Sam's Club, but the last couple of boxes I've gotten, the bars are thin, 4-7 grams under weight, and they are hard/chewy not pillow/marshmallow like they used to be. Additionally, the cookie dough ones only have 1-2 chunks when they used to have 3-5. Not sure I'm going to gamble on these anymore...

The brownie batter puff tastes horrible this time! I'm a frequent built puff bar purchaser and this time something is very off with the brownie batter puff! The Cookie dough tastes great as usual. I did throw out the box so I don't think I can return them.

I just purchased these over this past weekend. I'm not sure if i got a bad batch or what's going on, the brownie batter bar taste like pure chemicals, but the cookie dough was fine. I usually buy the brownie batter from my local walmart and they great! Don't think i'll buy these from sam's club again.

We buy these all the time and love them. But this batch was vile. Something is wrong with the brownie one I just had. Had to run and spit it out rinse my mouth out with water and then mouthwash. I don't know what's wrong with it but I would love somebody to get in touch with me to get a refund for this box and I need to check the dates on the other ones we have and see if they're the same batch. Now I'm afraid to try a favorite product again after that one disgusting bite. Somebody needs to do a recall on this batch or something. Would normally highly recommend these bars but watch out for the ones that are dated November 23, 2026.

Was excited for the Sam's deal, unfortunately a couple were inedible due to open packaging and the product being rock hard inside. The cookie dough bars that did survive were missing the Cooke dough… disappointingly can't say I would repurchase. $20 for not even 10 quality bars. :/ I really love the bars but not the inconsistency for the price im paying.

These taste like tires. The texture, the smell, the taste. Rubber tires. I am so confused by the positive reviews and refuse to believe people have voluntarily eaten these without some kind of compensation. I'm no stranger to protein bars either. These are one of the worse things I've ever put in my mouth.

Absolutely disgusting. This is not "puffy" at all, but instead is a dense gummy mass with the texture of a gum art eraser, certainly not a "fluffy marshmallow." The nutritional stats are great and the flavor is not awful but the texture is horrendous. I honestly don't know where all these great review ratings are coming from but this is by far the worst protein bar I have ever purchased and I have tried many MANY protein bars. The first bite stuck in my teeth and it took forever to melt and it felt like it was going to remain a giant ball of solid gum in my mouth for the longest time. Gross gross GROSS---DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
