This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I've had it for about a year, and it is just as comfortable today as it was the first night. I often sleep on my side, and with other mattresses, my shoulder would be sore in the morning from the pressure on it during the night. I have no pressure pain with this mattress. I feel completely supported, but nothing pushes back. I don't get overheated with this mattress either. I got the adjustable base to go with the mattress. If I ever get heartburn during the night, I just reach over and use the remote to tilt the mattress up a little and it helps so much! This is the perfect mattress for me. Whenever it is time to replace this mattress, I hope to replace it with another TEMPUR-Adapt® Medium Hybrid mattress, because this one really is just right!

I was very skeptical about investing this much into a mattress, and a king size at that. But my partner, who is 6'4, convinced me. After just the first night we saw a huge difference. Our schedules are very different so normally when one wakes up the other would by default of the movement...not anymore! We both sleep soundly through the night and fall asleep faster. We also have noticed a significant reduction in neck and shoulder pain since switching to tempur-pedic. We are customers for life!

I have Ankylosing spondylitis and this medium mattress relieves the pressure points in my back, neck and hips. Perfect amount of firmness as well. I also have the adjustable base, and the zero gravity setting is amazing. I sleep much better as a result.

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! Bed is firm at first but the more you sleep in it the more comfortable it is. It gets softer without getting divets or indents. I have noticed a big improvement in body aches and sleep quality. Very much worth spending some extra money to get this bed!! I don't think I will ever purchase a different brand again.

We bought the mattress, adjustable bed and a pillow. I am asleep The minute I hit the be and get a restful sleep every night. Love the adjustable base. The pillow is fabulous and for the first time in years, I don't have neck and shoulder pain. Sales staff were great and it was a very smooth process.

We love our new Tempur-Adapt mattresses and the adjustable frames. We have slept better than ever before, and snoring has decreased to a minimum for my husband. I love the zero gravity mattress position that helps my back relax before going to sleep. I am telling everyone about this great mattress!

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with this mattress . Basically seemed comfortable but both my wife and myself are waking up with Back Pain. We had very High hopes but very disappointed. In the process of exchanging the Mattress our customer rep wanted to boost the cost up $ 1200 more for your firm Mattress. Wow this seems like we made a poor choice They are making a effort with another Mattress and seems things are jumping around to other products in there stock . My wife will need to revisit the store before they make the exchange to discover if this was the one we actually tested . So we do appreciate your concerns but we are unable to give you a satisfactory rating and seems it will be another brand You can keep in touch if you want to find out how this turns out

The bed seems similar to the one we replaced. We had a Tempur-pedic Classic. The deliver went pretty well. However, if you are replacing an old bed, the delivery people should make sure the frame fits the new bed correctly. It does tend to be warm. However, it is not too warm. I just use less covers. It seems comfortable and I can only hope that it does not start sinking like the old one did. The new 10 year warranty is half of what the old ones had. The pillows we got are very nice. The down one is not hard like some of the other memory foam ones are. The cooling one seems to work well for my better half. She seems to like it. Only time will tell. As to warranty, the tags should have been placed either at the foot or on the side. To have to look at information at the head of the bed seems strange. Also, the corners of the foundation say to remove them. However, the delivery people did not remove them.
