I sell Tempur-Pedic mattresses so I just had to get one of these bad boys for my wife and I. To say the least its been a blessing, I got the Ergo Pro Smart Base with my mattress and my wife absolutely loves it and sees a big difference in her sleeping patterns. Thank you Tempu-Pedic!!

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! Thank you for everything gentlemen.

We have had our mattress for 4 weeks. It was rough at first. Mattress was very firm and had to be "broken in" It took 3 weeks but now I'm getting the best sleep! For my husband it only took a few days. I am a side sleeper but this bed feels so good I notice I stay on my back longer than usual. My husband said his back is no longer hurting and he feels refreshed when he wake up. I notice I can get right up and don't feel tired in the morning. This mattress conforms to you but you don't sink in so low that you can't change positions. Edge support is awesome! We got the Ease adjustable base and we will never lay flat again lol We didn't realize what we were missing having an old broke down mattress! So far so good!

After reading several reviews and trying out this mattress in the store, my wife and I decided to purchase 2 Twin XL's. At first, this mattress seemed comfortable, but after a couple of nights, I noticed that it does not support the upper back, neck, and shoulder areas. I tried several different pillows and tried sleeping in different positions but I just couldn't get to sleep peacefully. When I did wake up, my back was twisted and achy. Secondly, when you turn on your side there is little support and it is quite uncomfortable. After 55 days of restless sleep, I returned this mattress for the Pro Adapt Medium model. With all that being said, what works for one person may not work for another. My wife is satisfied with her mattress but she does not suffer from back and neck issues. Be sure to shop around and try out as many tempur pedic beds as possible before buying. The company has a nice portfolio of different mattress styles and they definitely have something for everyone. Also, make sure you have a pillow that is compatible to the mattress. I noticed that certain pillows work great with some mattresses, but when you switch beds, the pillow takes on a totally different feel. I am pleased that tempur pedic has a return policy. Otherwise, I would be one unhappy sleepless customer. I am very happy with the Pro Adapt Medium Firm Mattress.

I've only had my mattress for a few weeks, but so far so good. I like to sleep on my back for most of the night and finally I can do that. Yee haw!!! My old mattress was so uncomfortable, that I tossed and turned all night. With my Tempurpedic the difference is like night and day. I no longer toss and turn all night. I sleep a lot better and I don't wake up with a sore back. Again, Yee haw!!! I've been telling family, friends, and co-workers about how much I enjoy my new comfy mattress.

Bed is firm at first but the more you sleep in it the more comfortable it is. It gets softer without getting divets or indents. I have noticed a big improvement in body aches and sleep quality. Very much worth spending some extra money to get this bed!! I don't think I will ever purchase a different brand again.

Love, love the Adapt medium mattress! I've had it for about 7 weeks. It felt a bit firmer when I first got it but after maybe 3 weeks it softened up to how the store model felt. I'm a side and back sleeper and this mattress is the most pressure relieving mattress I've ever had. No more low back, hip, or shoulder pains! I can sleep through the whole night without waking up!

This mattress started out great, however over time a large crack developed in the mattress from on end to the other. The mattress was supported by tempurpedic box springs and had never been abused. I tried to file a warranty claim and tempurpedic denied it saying that the mattress had signs of mistreatment. As a family of 5 with 3 small kids we had one small spill on the mattress, which was cleaned up properly following tempurpedics guidelines. However the warranty for this now unusable mattress was denied and i am going to have to purchase another mattress-definitely not a tempurpedic. Beware.

I have not had a solid sleep until I purchased this mattress. What a world of difference! I'm now sleeping solid (no more tossing and turning) I'm now getting the best sleep that I've ever had! I never realized how important it is to have a quality mattress to get the proper sleep your body needs! It was well worth the investment! Quality and comfort, hands down!

After our dealer finally delivered the right bed, I personally love it, more nights of restful sleep for me. My husband apparently is never getting a restful nights sleep. This mattress is not cooling by any stretch of the imagine.... I mean unless you sleep on only the mattress. But you see here's the kicker. You have a warranty for this bed, as long as there are no stains etc. So you are forced into buying a cover, which keeps you from potentially staining the mattress but probably obscures the "cooling" feature of said mattress. I'm purely guessing here, but I would think my husband profuse sweating would qualify as a stain which would render the warranty void according to our dealer. So if this mattress really is cooling we would never know. Same goes for these awful "cooling" pillows, they do not work either. They didn't offer pillow covers, so I am sure they are no longer under warranty. Idk its an awful lot of money to spend on the possibilty of a cooling good nights sleep. Not sure I could recommend this to everyone, especially to those without a diagnosed reason for hot sleeping with sweating. Yet I'm happy with this mattress and so is my back, which I have a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease and I usually wake up pretty refreshed and feeling well with my back!
