I have Ankylosing spondylitis and this medium mattress relieves the pressure points in my back, neck and hips. Perfect amount of firmness as well. I also have the adjustable base, and the zero gravity setting is amazing. I sleep much better as a result.

I can say the quality of my and my husband's sleep has truly increased. We selected the medium support mattress and have no regrets at all! We absolutely love it! It provides the perfect balance between semi-firm support and plush comfort, which we totally love because it truly combines the best of both worlds. We don't feel like we're laying down on a wooden plank or about to sink into a pile of cotton, the balance is simply amazing. We have also been enjoying the cool to touch technology and now I have actually been able to sleep through most of the night since I'm not tossing and turning due to heat uncomfortability. And last but not least, the pressure relief comfort layer has helped ease so much of the back pain, along with other aches and discomforts that we had been dealing with on a nightly basis. Well when they came out to deliver the mattress they were only at our house for about 10 minutes. Very impressive. My first night sleeping on the mattress was an awesome experience. I absolutely love it. So does my sweet dog. We are truly enjoying a very wonderful experience with our wonderful mattress. There is absoluetly nothing that I dont love about it. Thanks for a very good mattress.

We have the split king, with the adjustable base. After a night of playing around with all the height adjustments, I finely got a full eight hours of sleep, in the past 35 years! Would recommend this bed to anybody!!!! Great job Tempur-Pedic, Great job!!!!

My wife and I opted for a Tempur adapt medium twin xl and a Tempur adapt medium hybrid twin xl. The adapt medium is very comfortable and it really helps with my wife's back pain. The hybrid, which I purchased is SO hard that I find it uncomfortable. We were told the hybrid version was a bit softer but it definitely isn't.

Getting older has provided a hot, sweaty night. The pillows were uncomfortable and we were not receiving quality sleep. Then we were introduced to TEMPUR=Adapt. With a cooling mattress and the best pillows we've ever slept on, we have slept like babies. Remarkable mattress, outstanding pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Adapt Medium is a good mattress. I sleep on one side more than the other so I think that side is worn in now and the rest is still a bit firm. However, I get a good night's sleep. Also, my lower back problems do not exist anymore since getting this mattress almost one year ago. I definitely recommend this mattress to others, just know if you do not share the bed with someone else, it will wear in where you sleep the most and the rest of the bed will still feel brand new.

My husband and I are very happy with this bed. We see the big difference between a regular mattress and the tempur-pedic. We don't have the same aches and pains as we previously did. We don't toss and turn as often and we feel more rested. This has been the best decision we made.

This is definitely the best investment we made in a while. We love the features of the bed moving, the outlets for the chargers and the light, this has helped the most in the middle of the night. The only thing I don't like I wish I got a king... More space. But overall it's super comfortable and amazing.

We decided to save money, then we shopped for a mattress he felt like made him comfortable. We found the Tempur Pedic Adapt in a medium firmness. It's not that we had a huge budget for a mattress, but, sleep in cancer care is vital. So, this was the best choice for him. Our journey has been a long one. I don't have a Tempur Pedic myself, it was best we spent the money on him. I do not regret for one minute the money we spent. It has been well worth it, to see him sleep for at least 5 continuous hours!!!! So, when it comes to health, please, do not spare the expense if it is remotely within your budget.
