Well what started as a bit of a mess with delivery was made up for by customer service. More importantly the mattress is very comfortable and well made.

This is the first tempur-pedic I've ever purchased. It's taken a little bit to get use to and breaking it in has been a little bit challenging. Now that I've been sleeping on the mattress for a month I do have to say it's a lot more comfortable.

I had a fractured spine and ordered this bed because of it. It was perfect for my needs and got me out of a hospital bed in the middle of my living room.

I've slept on tempur pedic mattresses in the past that I loved but were way more comfortable than this mattress. I had to add my mattress top back on top of this so I could sleep. I feel like I wasted a ton of money!

So far so good. Mattress is comfy and I don't toss and turn to find a sweet spot! Haven't had the usual aches and pains, and the Cuddle Pillow has helped a lot to lessen the shoulder pains.

Downsized from queen when I moved and same quality comfort in any sleep position.( I toss a lot ). This mattress never sags or wears out and kind of cradles your bones and joints. This is a plus since I've had cancer and chemo and I'm 75.

We were unsure about whether to do this particular mattress or the upgraded one. We are absolutely thrilled with this one and are having the best night's sleep we have had in many years.
