We bought this for our son for his first birthday. In the three months that he has used it, the lock on the door has completely come off, and the caps that cover the screws on the bell are so loose, I'm afraid my son will be able to get it off and then swallow it. The bell/music only plays if you are driving the truck juuuuuust right, otherwise it's a silent trip. My son loves getting in and out of the truck, and slamming the lid on the ice cream "cooler," but for nearly double the price of the Cozy Coupe, I expected a much better product.

Bought a magenta cozy coupe. Receive this and tried to put it together, we had to drill extra holes that were put in in the manufacturing process. We also had sharp edges all over from poor trimming, the instructions and instruction videos do not match and are not clear. Contact customer service after gifting the car to someone else and they refused to help unless I could take pictures and destroy the car. Would not listen that this was a birthday gift and I didn't have time to destroy it and receive a new one. Make sure you take pictures of their poor manufacturing. PS my mother-in-law had the same issues with the car she bought for my daughter. And others on Amazon have reviewed it too.

This is really cute, but could use some improvements. It was a bit if a chore to put together as many parts/holes don't exactly line up. The music could also use some work. It did not work at all initially. This seems to be a major complaint of other reviewers. The problem is caused by poor contact. I was able to fix this problem by adding some pieces of aluminum foil between the batteries and the contact points. The music now plays, but it would be nice if it played a bit louder. In the end, my 2 year old granddaughter LOVES it, so it was totally worth all the aggravation of putting it together and getting it to work.

This is the cutest. But it took an hour to put together. Also the little music barely plays loud enough to hear it! Obviously don't want it to loud as it would be annoying but it would be nice to hear it better.

Parts don't fit together that nice... Many times it was a struggle and i'm a mecanic... Left roof pillar missing. Now nothing is holding down the door so it keeps falling...

I was so excited to get this for my daughter for Christmas. After putting it together, we noticed that the music will not play at all. Quite disappointed for how much we paid for it.

I love ice cream! so I decided to get a Little Tikes Ice Cream Cozy Truck! I hope I get it ASAP!!!!!! Mister Softee is real!!!! Credit to Little Tikes!!!!!!

Anything L:ittle tikes is sure to be a quality product. I have had Crazy Coupes for 35 years and now, as a grandparent, am having fun with all these new ones. I love the ice cream truck as it allows other children to play with my granddaughter.

Fun little car but can't get the sound to work b o matter which way the batteries are. The only instructions are to “push” the on button but there is only a slider. We've tried all positions and pushing it to no avail

Got this a week ago and went to put it together and it's missing one whole wheel …not impressed
