I always add the downy fresheners to my laundry. Having fresh smelling clothes is very important to me especially with my workout clothes! I always get compliments at work with people saying I smell nice like clean laundry! Weird compliment I know but everyone always asks what products I use. Would definitely recommend! I used to use these beads back when they first csme out, but I used a different brand. I need something with a STRONG scent because I bought them because both of my kids wet the bed and I was tired or clothes and sheets still smelling after I washed them. Fast forward to a few month ago and I tried the Downy April Fresh fabric softener and fell in love with the scent! I have been buying that for a while now. However, I have always liked the beads more and now that Downy has these April Fresh beads I will be buying more! The scent lasts a while too. I love pulling something out of the closet a week or so later and it still smells fresh from the dryer! Love, Love, LOVE them! I received the beads to try free, however, my opinion is my own.

Downy scents boosters work so well that I don't even use the full amount per load. I'm so glad I was able to try these free from Bzzagent, because I might just have to stock up on my new favorite!

LOVE the fresh smell, I washed my husbands stinky work clothes in them (which were covered in grease and transmission fluid and was amazed that it got the smell out on the first wash! he loved the scent too! It isnt too girly or two manly (like some of the other comparable products,) so it works for both of our clothes!

I washed my blanket with the beads and a Gain Fling almost a week ago and it still smells like I washed it today. I loved the scent so much that I put the empty package in my closet because the sent was still so strong even with out the bead.

I love the smell of this. It makes my sheets, blankets, and clothes smell amazing for so long! It lasts well beyond the first day, and it is so easy to use! First off laundry comes out of dryer so great smelling and fresh. It makes me want to shower in this stuff!! I stay very active and all day long I could smell my fresh smelling clothes no matter if I was running around after my kids or actually running at the gym! Definitely worth the extra dime to smell extra fresh all day! I got to test this product for free but was not influenced at all. These are my real and actual opinions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having tried Downy Unstoppables and several other scent boosters for the laundry, I was not a fan of the Downy Fresh and Protect Beads Botanical Mist. My daughter and I excitedly ran them through our laundry to see if we were going to like the scent. When my laundry came out, I found that it actually smelled like vomit to me. Now, to be fair, this may have been because it just didn't mix well with the scent of the laundry detergent I used? However, with only one packet, I was unable to test that theory. On the upside, they did give off a ton of scent for the light amount of beads that were used. So, the fragrance is definitely there and unmistakable. In the end, I did not like the Downy beads and will stick with my Downy Unstoppables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically use the Downy Unstoppables with all my laundry. This time I tried the Downy Fresh and Protect Beads. Just from appearance they seemed to be the same product. The only thing that was different was the odor. I ended up using this on a load with my sons clothes in it. Right when I opened the washer I could smell how good the clothes smelled! Which is the same as the unstoppables. When the dryer was done, the smell radiated through out our condo! After a couple of days in the closet or half a day of my son wearing his clothes, the good smell was gone. :( The clothes still smelled clean when pressed against your face but you couldn't just smell them when holding my son. The unstoppables have a smell that lasts a long time! I would say that I'm going to continue using the unstoppables but if I hadn't tried those first then I would say the Downy Fresh and Protect Beads are awesome!
