[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really good, honestly I didn't expect too much of it, but when i tried it I was really suprosed it made the clothes smell really good without extra beads. Im really excited to start buying them again.

I was sent three free samples of Downy April Fresh laundry additive, and used it as soon as I got them! My sheets, duvet cover and clothes smell so fresh! My whole apartment smells clean and my closet no longer has that "closet smell." My clothes feel softer, and I was afraid that the beads would stain my clothes but they didn't! I'm definitely going to purchase these in the future.

I tried these on my sheets to see if the odor shield claim was accurate and I think they truly did smell fresher longer than without this product. The smell is wonderful and I didn't notice any negative effects. I received this product free for testing purposes. All opinions are my own.

The smell is amazing! I used to use a similar product and compared this one smells better. It doesn't leave a residue like previous products I've used. I received a sample for free and I'm glad I gave it a try. I will purchase this one in the future.

These smell so good and make your laundry stay fresh for longer, I wasn't really sure about them at first because I thought they would leave spots on my clothes but they didn't! Now my laundry smells great too! Thanks influenster and downy! Love my product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm already a fan of Downy, so had high hopes for the in-wash odor shield. I was not let down:) This stuff is great! Just toss it in, and it does its thing to remove the odors, and leaves your clothes smelling fresh and clean, and soft. I like my clothes to have a fresh scent that's not too overpowering, and that's what I got with this. It was fresh, clean, soft, and just what I expect from a good fabric softener product. Thank you Bzzagent for the chance to try this out, I will definitely be purchasing again after seeing such great results with my laundry!

This product has been a nice addition to my laundry routine. I am leery of adding unnecessary fragrance to things so I was a little nervous to try it. I have been pleasantly surprised. It adds an element of freshness to your clothes without adding an overpowering smell. It did not have any reactions to the product, which is what I was most concerned about. I would recommend trying this item.

The Downy in-wash order shield was extremely easy to use and the effects were long lasting. I shook the packet into my washer and then Downy did all the rest. I used it on my load of towels and wash clothes and despite the towels being folded up in my bathroom before I used them, when I unfolded them days later, they had a fresh scent. While the particular scent I was sent to try was a little too perfumy for my tastes, I did like the idea of the product and will be looking into purchasing another scent.
