[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say I am impressed with the Downy Fresh Protect Active Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield I have been using other brands and after just one wash with the Downy I am sold my clothes smelled great hanging in my closet then when I wore them and started working out they still had that fresh smell it's like deodorant for clothes I will be buying in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent is amazing.everyone is used to liquid,powder,or even pods for detergent but trying the downy beads really impressed me on washing my clothes.they left my clothes feeling soft looking great and a wonderful lingering scent.my neighbor actually walked over to ask because it smelled so good.give the downy beads a try they wont let you down.

The scent lingers all day and I love it!! I definitely recommend it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a free sample of these Downy® Fresh Protect Active Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield beads, I sprinkled them in a load of especially stinky clothes (my husbands gym and work clothes!) and these worked wonders! First of all, they are simple and easy to use. You just sprinkle them into the washer (that's it!). Second, they SMELL AMAZING!! They really make your laundry smell fresh and clean, and it lasts! Even after you put your clothes away in your dresser or closet, you will smell the same freshness when you pull them out later. I would definitely recommend these.

I have always been a Downy customer, but I had never tried the Downy beads before. They were so simple to use and I didnt have to worry about spilling anything so that aspect is great. I still get the softness I love so much from Downy. The only thing for me is I will have to use less next time because the scent was very strong for my personal liking. I was sent 3 samples from Influenster to test and give an honest review.

This product was easy to use and worked well at leaving my clothes smelling great after washing them. The little pellets are strange at first but you just add them to the washer before the clothes and they dissolve while the washer does it thing with no harm to any clothing items. I did test this product out for free through a sample but I wasn't paid to leave a review.

I sit at my desk at work sniffing my clothes because they smell so fresh and I absolutely love these products. I can't remember doing laundry without these products and I just love how they get make everything smell so fantastic! I got these as a sample from my Influenster VoxBox and after trying them for free, I ran out to the store to purchase more! They are fabulous! This is my own opinion but they're such a great product that I highly recommend.

I could smell a little bit of the scent of the Botanical Mist, but I had to search for the scent. I was a little disappointed. But I might try it again just to see if it was that load...

I have been using the Downy fresh protect for a while now, but my newest purchase of fresh protect odor defense,30.3 OZ.......... ,well it seems you have changed the formulation of the product and it is not as effective. I am taking it back ! The former product met my needs and kept my uniforms nice in the work I do . It does not now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad owns a crab shell shop and the chemicals used in his shop give off the worst odor I have ever come across. I don't have to go to his shop very often, but as his office manager, I occasionally have to visit. I decided to use my Downy Fresh & Protect Beads on the clothing I would wear one day I had to go to the shop. It was very convenient and easy to just throw the beads in after loading my clothes. I loved the fresh smell of my clothes after drying my clothes and was eager to find out how it would stand up to the stench of my dad' shop. I went to my dad' shop and only stayed about an hour. Usually that is more than enough time to have the odor saturate my clothes and even rub off on my car seat. After leaving the shop and getting out into the fresh air, the Downy Fresh & Protect Beads worked! My clothes didn't even carry a hint of the odor from the shop! I could still get a strong whiff of that fresh smell I inhaled after my initial wash, although it had finished somewhat. But it did exactly what I hoped it would do and protected my clothes from becoming smelly. I even had my dad smell my shirt and he could only smell a fresh smell and no odor! He was pretty impressed! I will definitely recommend this product, especially to anyone who works in a place where they have to fight a daily stench.
