This product was very easy to use. Just a few shakes into the washer before you start the water and you're good to go. Your clothes come out smelling fresher than ever ! I received this product complimentary through Influenster, but all opinions are my own. Let me just say...if you want your laundry (even sweaty, gross clothes) to smell AMAZING, get your hands son this product. I usually rely on my laundry detergent to give my clothes a fresh scent, but decided to throw this in the wash along with my clothes to see how it works. My entire apartment started to smell fresh - like the scent of the beads. When I transferred the clothes to the dryer, the beads had disappeared and I was left with amazingly scented clothes that smelled even better after they dried! I put on one of my freshly washed shirts to bed and I'll be lying if I said I wasn't smelling myself every now and then...I just couldn't believe how good it smelled! If you have kids that are into sports (or teenage sons in general), this product will be your best friend!

I was super excited to try this product out! It smells so good even through the packaging. I tossed it in during my color wash cycle and was very happy with the results. It left my clothes feeling super soft and I could not stop smelling my socks. I tried this product for free but this my honest opinion.

First of all I love the April Fresh scent! As a runner, in always looking at ways to keep my gear smelling fresher as long as possible. Down Fresh Protect with febreze definitely helps with that challenge! I recieved this item for free for trains review purposes- but all opinions are my own (and I'll definitely get these again!)

Downy beads are by far the best ones I have used. I received some free to review, and I'm definitely impressed. The way my clothes, sheets and blankets smell afterwards is amazing. So far clothes I washed a week ago that have not been worn still smell like the downy beads. I will be picking up a much bigger one this weekend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try Downy Fresh Protect Active Fresh In-Wash Odor Shield because it sounded like a great product, and while I liked that I could still use my normal detergent for my HE washer and throw this in to give a boost of fresh scent, I realized very quickly that this is not an ideal product for a front load washer. The packet of little scented pebbles smells wonderful, so I enthusiastically threw them in with a load of dark clothes. However, as soon as I turned my washer on, the pebbles migrated to the front of the washer and got stuck in the seal where the water drains. Hardly any of them actually stayed with my clothes for the entire cycle. I won't be trying this particular item again only because of the type of washer I have. If you have a top-load washer, this would work well for you.

I received this product for free to try out from influenster. I must say this was the best addition to my laundry routine. I didn't even use a whole pack per load as the instructions said but my close smell fresher than ever. Even clothes that I have worn and in my laundry hamper now waiting to be washed smell as if they just came out the dryer. I am definitely purchasing this item and adding it to my laundry routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product because I love the Downy Unstoppables. Unfortunately I did not like the scent of this particular product. It certainly left an over the top fragrance on the clothes and the next 2 loads from it lingering, I guess. I thought maybe it would smell better out of the dryer but that was just wishful thinking. The clothes had an odd scent to them when they were finished. It was good but it wasn't horrible...I would not want to smell like it did though. While I believe this product has potential, it doesn't work for me in this particular scent.

First off laundry comes out of dryer so great smelling and fresh. It makes me want to shower in this stuff!! I stay very active and all day long I could smell my fresh smelling clothes no matter if I was running around after my kids or actually running at the gym! Definitely worth the extra dime to smell extra fresh all day!
