[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of the Downy Fresh Beads before now, however I had seen some spilled on the floor in a public laundry area. I had no clue what they were, but thought they smelled great. Than I was offered the wonderful opportunity to try them myself. I absolutely love them! They magically disappear in the dryer and your clothes feel soft and smell like heaven. I am definitely addicted to these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved that I could put these little beads directly in with the clothes and you dont have to worry about putting it in later during the rinse cycle. I loved the smell as well. I used it just on my quilt. It felt very soft right out of the dryer. But i couldn't notice the scent after a day. I wish it would last longer. I recommend the product for its convenience in that you put it in the beginning of the wash cycle, it works great in terms of leaving your laundry soft as the downy name does, but i wish the scent would last longer.

I used the downy odor shield on my kids smelly sports clothes. I absolutely loved how after the wash they didn't have that musky smell. This product was easy to use and able to use with my he washer, which is a must. You just throw in the contents of the pouch and start the wash. I would definitely recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't notice any difference when I used the Downy Beads. I have used unstoppables before and have noticed a difference with those. However with these I didn't notice a different scent or that my close smelled better longer. Maybe it just wasn't enough to notice a difference. I use scent free detergent so I figured I would notice a scent but I did not.

I've always been a fan of Downy Unstoppables and I was excited to receive this product and test it out! I love how easily it dissolves and doesn't leave any residue or clumps behind. It makes my clothes smell so good all day long, even after working and sweating a lot at work. I still smell fresh! So happy with this product! We are a small family of 3, I have a toddler and my boyfriend works 12 hour days in a hot, warehouse-type factory. He sweats so much that his clothes are wet when he comes home from work. I usually have to wash his clothes twice to get the smell out! I just bought these a few days ago and all I can say is WOW! My son is still in the process of potty training to urine scented bed sheets and blankets are gross, and the smell of sweaty clothes makes me nauseous. I can not praise Downy enough for this wonderful product! Not only do the clothes smell great straight from the washer, they smell great for days! :) I would definitely reccomend this product! 5 stars!!

I love the way it smells and enjoy smelling it when I put on my clothes. I am limited on what fabric softeners I can use, because my sensitive skin usually reacts. I recieved a sample to try and was able to use with no issues. I can now have fresh smelling clothes rather than boring detergent. It left my clothes feeling soft. I plan to repurchase shortly. I tested the Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are my own.
