[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried when adding these to my wash, I didn't get the concept of the beads...i thought it was going to be something i'd have to clean out of the bottom of the washer when it was done, I thought they were just scent beads that released a scent when wet and then stayed in bead form....nope i was wrong, they are like little beads of fabric softner, if that makes sense. The smell was very pleasant, I'm not sure if they block odor per-say, but they deff help cover any kind of funk up! You just toss these bad boys in and forget you ever did, untill you grab a shirt to put on, pull it over your head and you're instantly transformed into a beautiful garden!!! okay, so that's maybe a big drastic, but it deff smells like you're standing in a botanical garden. I'll take that over closet must anyday! The scent seems to last for a few days, which helps when the laundry is in the basket waiting to be washed....I recommend the downy fresh beads....they didn't leave a residue on my clothes at all, and i didn't have to clean out the washer when it was said and done! I don't really have a complaint about these at all....5 *'s

I found them easy to use, and they did a great job softening my favorite night clothes. The scent last several days, I am highly impressed with this product! First of all I love the April Fresh scent! As a runner, in always looking at ways to keep my gear smelling fresher as long as possible. Down Fresh Protect with febreze definitely helps with that challenge! I recieved this item for free for trains review purposes- but all opinions are my own (and I'll definitely get these again!)

I love everything about this product. I use it on my sheets, towels, and clothes to keep them smelling fresh. I made my own spray home deodorizer with them. I put some in a baggie with a couple holes hanging in closets to keep the room smelling fresh. I keep a small handful in my drawers to keep them smelling good. They go great in gym bags to keep it fresh and not musty. I received my Downy Fresh Protect Beads for free, but all opinions are your own.

I used this product as soon as I saw it. After all, there is always laundry to do and I was eager to try it. This product was easy to use and smelled amaaazinggg. It left my clothes smelling great and super soft. Even after time in the dryer, the clothes still smelled wonderful. These little beads are so easy to use- just pop them in the washer. They made my clothes (and even my boyfriend's gym clothes) smell super fresh, and feel super soft. I was hesitant to try these as I tend to be really sensitive to smell. However, my clothes just weren't coming out of the washer/dryer smelling great, so when Influenster sent me these I had to give these a shot! I love them! I love smelling good but I have trouble with strong scented perfumes causing me headaches. I am absolutely delighted to have finally found my solution. Anything I wash with this product will pretty much smell amazing and make me smell amazing! Better yet it is subtle enough for others to notice but not so strong and in your face. Will definitely continue to use this product and look forward to hopefully more scents to choose from!

This product was very easy to use. Just a few shakes into the washer before you start the water and you're good to go. Your clothes come out smelling fresher than ever !
