Allergy headaches are a constant in the Coastal area, and after trying this on three separate headache days, I discovered it really knocks out the headache pressure and pain! I felt a lot better after 30 minutes or so each time a packet was ingested. It’s nice to experience a berry flavor as opposed to the typical bitter taste of an aspirin tablet, but I had a slight bit of trouble one of the times in removing all the powder onto my tongue. The slightly minty aftertaste was a bonus. Evidently the 65 mg of caffeine in each pouch is scientifically proven to mitigate pain. A simple glass of water washes the powder down, and it’s reminiscent of candy powder. I like the fact this is targeted specifically for the actual area where the pain exists. While the package contains only 10 pouches, it’s a nice alternative to a traditional, bitter pill.

The seem to start working relatively quickly. Definitely something to keep on hand for when I need quick pain relief. The taste is okay, not my favorite but typically I don’t choose medication for the flavor.
