I took it for some neck and shoulder pain before bed and I slept much better than the previous night. The only drawback is the taste. I normally like raspberry, but this had a sour taste that I was not expecting. It definitely hung around for awhile after taking.

Don’t need water or any liquid for taking it. Just open it and take it. It’s very practical. But the most important the pain goes away in faster. Very recommended.
