WE bought a Tempur-Luxe Adapt soft and I am not happy with it. The one in the store was very soft and conformed to your body.When they delivered ours it was hard like a board.I have problems with pressure points and thought the softness would help.But it is hard and still bothers my pressure points. They tell me the mattress has to break in. Well I don't think it will every be as soft as the one in store.Don't know if they got mattress mixed up with the firm one but something is very different from one in store. Not Happy

After 22 years with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, I finally decided to upgrade. Yes, it's a lot of money, but when I do the math, it's less than $1.00 a day. Most people spend 5 x that amount a day on coffee, so I figure a good night of sleep on an expensive mattress is well worth it. We are fortunate to have a flagship store in my city, so I decided to go and evaluate which one would be best for me. I decided on the 13" California King LuxeAdapt Medium Hybrid. Couldn't be happier. Just like the last one before it wore out, one night of sleep and my back pain was no more. Amazing! Looking forward to many years of comfort. Don't wait, your sleep depends on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Temper-LuxeAdapt is beyond comfortable. After a long day, to come home and lie down in this bed is the most pleasant thing I could possibly imagine. As I sink in, there is an indescribable feeling of satisfaction and pleasure. The adjustable base is very useful for watching tv and eating in bed. I use it every day and love it. The payment, shipping and delivery were all very easy and straightforward. I would say the only thing I do do find useful is the vibration feature on the adjustable base. It just does not do anything for me. My overall satisfaction is 11 out of 10. Absolutely wonderful products.

My husband and I were initially very hesitant to spend so much on a mattress but after trying out the luxe adapt, there was really no question. It was hands down the most superior bed we tried (and we tried out many different options). Noticeably softer and higher quality, we pulled the trigger and haven't looked back. In the month that we've had it, we've had the best sleep of our lives! We both now very much enjoy going to bed and the mornings are always difficult because we just don't want to get up. This mattress is truly worth every penny, highly recommend!

Before purchasing the Luxe Adapt Soft I had the basic Adapt Medium Hybrid. The new mattress is much better for my neck and back. I have had it for a month now and it is taking some time to get used to it because I have always had a firm all my life, which does provide better back support. Due to my age (77), and my being a side sleeper, the sales personnel recommended the soft.

Bought our first Tempurpedic 15 years ago. Great bed that lasted for years. Our new Tempurpedic has exactly what I'd hoped for - support, incredible comfort and durability. We plan to own this one for 15 years, as well. Quality product means less waste on our beautiful planet.

I've had my mattress for a week now and WOW! what an awesome and comfortable mattress! I also purchased the ERGO Extend Smart Base - adjustable bed base - which is also awesome! I've read where allergists, ENTs, etc. recommended an 'adjustable' base for allergies - and LOVE my adjustable base as it has helped my allergies from not sleeping flat or with more than one (1) pillow! Finally I purchased two (2) Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows and these, too, are awesome! No BACK or NECK PAIN from using more than one (1) pillow. The mattress, adjustable bed base and pillows have been GREAT! Improved my sleeping SUBSTANTIALLY! Should have purchased sooner at my brother's advice!

Overall I love this bed. It does seem that I have to be near the middle to not get the feeling I may slide out ( it's a split king. When you raise the head you slide down and you feet dangle over the end ( I'm 5'4). Some kind of pull out at the foot would be nice. Not one backache- the adjustability can make it perfect for your body. Be careful of the pillows : the ones we bought in the store are soft and pliable, the perfect pillow. The ones we got with the online deal with purchase were supposed to be the same but are three times as thick and hard as a rock- must weigh 5 lbs. we called the store and the person that helped us with our bed purchase, went out of her way to see we got two of the ones we love. The split is a mixed blessing. It's wonderful to adjust each side like you want but it opens a crack in the middle and things ( including our small dog) have fallen through. I'd still take it over a bed with one adjustment all the across. No need for a topper on this bed like we had for our cloud lux. This was comfy from day one, doesn't sleep hot either. Almost the perfect bed.

We spent about 2 hours in the store and settled on the LuxeAdapt but unfortunately, it ended up being too soft and sleeps a lot hotter than it felt in the store. It's a Tempur-Pedic so it's still comfortable but not what we were looking for, especially at that price. We have decided to take advantage of the 90-night sleep trial and are in contact with Tempur-Pedic to get it swapped out for the Tempur-LuxeBreeze Firm but have not heard when or if it's being shipped. Hopefully, we'll hear from them soon and the process will go as smoothly as promised. However, they did warn me that they will only swap the mattress out once so keep that in mind when deciding on mattresses or replacements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with our new soft Luxe Adapt split king TempurPedic. I have right hip pain and it hurt to sleep on right side of traditional mattress. Hip pain has been way better with this soft bed. The pain is not totally gone but I sleep through the night now. We splurged on the deluxe adaptable frame with vibration, lights, and zero gravity positions. That too was a great decision. Way better than a frame that just raises and lowers. We are totally happy with the purchase. My husband got the firm mattress on his side. Berry happy for him too following two back surgeries and snoring frequently. Both conditions have greatly improved. We both sleep through the night!!
