We had an older Tempurpedic mattress and upgraded to a new mattress set (split king). I've had terrible bursitis issues in both legs and my husband has had a tender knee for over a year and after buying this mattress both issues are gone! This mattress is worth the money when your quality of life is returned and you can sleep again pain free! Best purchase ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than one week with this new mattress system, so we need more 'mileage' before we can truly declare our rating. We traded out a ten year old Tempurapedic bed and immediately noticed that the new generation one is a heads and shoulders improvement in terms of comfort. We simply no longer have pain in the morning. Things that will take time: Getting use to cal King split; trying to figure out best positions for sleeping; and where to store the remote at night, while still having easy access (not obvious).

Bought the split king. Love the way it keeps your body temperature just right and is very comfortable sleeping. Owned the cloud for years and loved it also. Just wanted a recliner bed for my husband. It is very hard to change the sheets for older people on the split king but I am getting use to it. Love the mattress.

So we decided to purchase the mattress and at first it was very hard because we had ordered the firm and we thought we had made a mistake but after a couple of months of use it's soften up more and is perfect for back and side support. I haven't had a back problem ever since we purchased this mattress. Now I actually can sleep a full 8 hours.

We purchased their Celebrity mattress 17 years ago and it was getting time to replace it. We replaced it with a Nectar mattress, but returned it after 2 months due to waking up every morning with excruciating back pain. We replaced the Nectar mattress with a Tempurpedic Adapt hybrid mattress and after 1 1/2 months it just didn't do anything for us. It wasn't uncomfortable, but we missed that sink in feeling we've known for 17 years. I loved going to bed every night on the Celebrity mattress. After speaking with customer service, they said the Luxe Adapt Firm would be more similar to the Celebrity so they offered a free exchange and we paid the difference. The Luxe Adapt is a very comfortable and I "almost" look forward to going to bed every night. It does have some of that sink in feeling, but nothing like the Celebrity. I think if there was a pillow top on the Luxe Adapt, it would have that same exact feel, but I'm not ready to take the risk since the pillow tops are not returnable. Is it worth over $4000? I guess so. We paid $5000 for our king size Celebrity 17 years ago so I guess this is a bargain :) Overall, we like it a lot and glad we paid the extra $1000 over the Adapt. One thing to note is it does appear to be smaller than other king size mattresses we've owned because it doesn't fill out the entire king size bed frame. Our Nectar and Adapt king mattresses fit the frame fine, but the Luxe Adapt leaves about 1"-2" all around the frame.

I love it, my husband is still getting used to it. He is a big guy, outweighs me by about 100 pounds. That means he sinks down low into the foam and it can be a bit of a struggle for him to turn over and get out of bed. I, on the other hand, love settling into a cozy little burrow. I have arthritis in my back and I no longer have any difficulty getting comfortable and staying comfortable all night. As to the smell that the sales person was obligated to warn us about, we barely noticed it and it wasn't at all unpleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Husband and I were both having back pain in the mornings, the mattress was old and I was ready to upgrade. My husband wanted to just get a new mattress, I wanted a Tempurpedic. My husband was reluctant, but agreed. The delivery team were amazing, came in set up everything and got rid of the old in no time at all. Sleeping on it... day 1: husband "likes" new mattress, day 5: husband tells me that new mattress is the best purchase we have made including our honeymoon XD I love the support of the firm mattress, and the "squish" the lux has to the very top layer so you still feel that foam contour to you. We use the new base to sit up and relax Saturday morning. My back doesn't hurt all day, and neither does Husband's.

I was initially unsure about how sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress would work for me, as it is quite different from other sleep products I have used in the past. The Tempur-LuxeAdapt Soft took a little getting used to, but after sleeping on my mattress for a few months, I can confidently say that it has made a significant difference in my comfort and quality of sleep. I no longer wake up with pain, which has been a substantial improvement in my overall quality of life. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic.

My Twin XL is pretty comfortable. I am a side sleeper and the bed is comfortable on the side where I had a hip replacement. It is a bit hard on the other hip that hurts. Overall this is a comfortable bed. I needed a soft bed that was not hot. Neighbors have Tempur Pedics that have lasted 16 years and bought another Tempur Pedic. Quality is excellent.

invested in the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt mattress, and my feelings have been a rollercoaster ending up giving up the mattress for free as the mattress was so uncomfortable. No buyers were willing to buy it for a fraction of the cost. 5K down the drain. When I first unboxed the LuxeAdapt, I was impressed by its luxurious feel. The memory foam seemed promising, and I eagerly anticipated nights of blissful sleep. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, things took a turn. The mattress isn't evenly firm. Some areas feel like sinking into a marshmallow, while others are oddly firm. It's like Goldilocks' nightmare-neither too soft nor too firm, but just... inconsistent. As for comfort, well, let's just say it's not the cloud-like experience I envisioned. My back occasionally protests, and I find myself tossing and turning more than I'd like. Here's where it gets frustrating. I reached out to my local dealer for assistance, and it felt like shouting into the void. Their support might as well be a mythical creature-I've yet to encounter it. If you're considering this mattress, don't rely on local dealer support. It's like expecting a unicorn to deliver your warranty paperwork. I end up buying a much cheaper mattress from other manufacturer and finally I am able to sleep again
