Good chair

Just got these delivered today. wow they are a lot bigger than I thought they would be. (good thing) I put one together right in my office with a simple screwdriver. I saw other people having trouble with assembly, you have to make sure the flat metal nuts are pushed in all the way and line up with the hole for the screw. I put mine together in like ten minutes. I saw in the picture online, where it looked like it folded up but I don't see any way of doing that

We ordered 4 of these chairs on May 19th. They never arrived. The tracking told us it would arrive by May 21st. Anytime we looked at the tracking it showed they were still in their city of origin after 2 weeks. We called Sam's to ask about it and they told us there was nothing they could do. After calling back 3 times, they refunded our money and we never got our chairs. We were so excited to receive these chairs for a party we were having. It was very disappointing

Missing hardware pieces. Contacted the manufacturer only to find out I had to file a warranty claim and send pictures for three missing nuts. Customer service told me to go on line and file a claim. We are talking 3 little flat special nuts that the arms screw into! Ordered 4 of these chairs and all the parts bags were torn open. Avoid these chairs and save yourself a lot of trouble. I was a little worried when I took the sections out of the box as they were lightweight compared to the ones I have seen made out of Pollywood. After putting it together, it's away much more comfortable than the expensive ones I sat in costing over $300. Putting it together simple took just a few minutes no issues with the screws. Only purchased one so I could see how the quality was would have liked that these folded up for easier storage.

The chair sits nice once you get it together--therein lies the problem. They obviously has defective hardware packaging. Mine was missing some. I went out to find screws and nuts laying on the porch--no telling how many are in the truck. The culprit was brittle plastic hardware packaging. So for fun I spent more time on the phone and finding my receipt for this product than it took to put the first chair together. Keter already knows they have packaging/delivery issues with these chairs from Sam's Club but still insists on the typical bureaucracy--send a receipt, a picture a this and that for the hardware. Next time (there will not be) I'll just reorder the whole item and return the one missing hardware.

I bought a couple of these chairs on clearance for $46, they were very easy to assemble and looks great and sits comfortably. For the people saying the hardware is bad, you have to use like a flat screwdriver to push the nuts all the way in so the holes will line up correctly when screwing in the bolts. If you skip this step chances are the screws will strip or not go in at all.

white looks like cheap plastic. Very low and deep seat. Hard to get in and out of.

Great chair but fell apart after 1-2 years of partial sun in Arizona.
