Arrived damaged and Sams Club made it a nightmare to make things right, think twice before purchasing

The bookcase is beautiful! Unfortunately, the back board was cracked where the screw went in and not completed tightened.

I finally open my Enzo Cabinet 4 months after I purchased it and the left door can’t close. I’m so upset that I can’t return it.

Very Beautiful but Has flaws

The Door magnet lock dismantled, door does not stay closed and one of the legs missing level adjuster.  I sent an email to the email address mentioned in the manual with the photos and videos and waiting for the response.

Bad craftsmanship & construction ruins the beauty

I purchased two of these for the sides of my fireplace. They are very heavy and the quality seems very nice and sturdy. They are also nice and deep so they will hold a good amount of storage. My only complaint is there is not a shelf in the bottom closed door.
