No complaints it was easy to install and very high quality. In the application we used it for a gutter on the edge would be a benefit.  We used it as a porch cover and the splash on the ground tends to invade the space

The gazebo is excellent, heavy-duty quality. For a 20x9 size, you ideally need 5 people to connect the first section since it’s quite heavy. Most parts lined up easily — we only had to get a little creative once to slide a piece into place. It took two of us about 7 hours to complete, with my husband doing most of the work. We brought in extra help when it was time to connect the upright pieces. Pouring and attching footers will be the next task.

We have a pretty dull backyard. Fence is falling apart. Dogs have destroyed the grass. I can’t even tell you how much this product changed things. We just did a little sprucing up and now it’s like a totally different house. Thank you Back yard discovery!

Loved the look. Was nervous when I started opening the boxes and saw what looked like an impossible task was ahead. I have to give kudos to back yard discovery for the directions that came with this gazebo. It not only walked you through step by step flawlessly everything down to the smallest nuts and bolts were marked with a letter and number system. Said it was gonna take ten hours with three guys. We completed it in six. Granted we were three competent people but first time putting together a gazebo.

We needed a gazebo for our unique patio size, this one was the only one we could find at the time and I'm glad we went with it. Ordering was easy delivery was amazing, the packing job was outstanding. Assembly was straightforward using the instructions provided as well as the built app. It's very solid and looks great on our patio and we get a lot of compliments.

Just set this up on our newly constructed deck and it's phenomenal. Extremely well constructed, sturdy, and straightforward to put together. It looks sleek next to our black metal roof and black railings on our deck. The excellent wind and snow ratings were a requirement given where we're located in upstate NY and nothing else online fit the bill. Love that we can slope it downward away from the house for water runoff. So many compliments from guests. We couldn't be happier with this purchase!

We researched several patio cover options and are so glad we ended with the Stonebridge Gazebo. It is much sturdier than we imagined, and it looks great on our patio. Read through the directions before starting and check out the additional tools that it comes with; it will save you time. We were short 3 pieces, so we called them and they were here within a few days. We bought the 20 x 9.5 and it did take several adults when it was time to place the first four poles. We picked our package up from the delivery company and we were glad we did. The boxes were super heavy and we were able to keep them on our trailer until we were ready to unload.

We bought this gazebo to install on a new deck we just had built. It's the 20x9.5 model and fits perfectly. It's larger than expected once it's all assembled but that's okay. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. I used the Bilt app for a graphical view for a couple sections but mainly stuck with the printed manual. Me and a buddy assembled 95% of it in one day. Attaching the left/right and middle assembly via front and back beams took an extra set of hands. Then my wife and I finished the rest the following morning. As suggested, we laid out everything and took inventory before starting any assembly. Highly recommend and love how the black aluminum of this gazebo matches our Westbury railings.
