My wife and I opted for a Tempur adapt medium twin xl and a Tempur adapt medium hybrid twin xl. The adapt medium is very comfortable and it really helps with my wife's back pain. The hybrid, which I purchased is SO hard that I find it uncomfortable. We were told the hybrid version was a bit softer but it definitely isn't.

We have had our mattress for 4 weeks. It was rough at first. Mattress was very firm and had to be "broken in" It took 3 weeks but now I'm getting the best sleep! For my husband it only took a few days. I am a side sleeper but this bed feels so good I notice I stay on my back longer than usual. My husband said his back is no longer hurting and he feels refreshed when he wake up. I notice I can get right up and don't feel tired in the morning. This mattress conforms to you but you don't sink in so low that you can't change positions. Edge support is awesome! We got the Ease adjustable base and we will never lay flat again lol We didn't realize what we were missing having an old broke down mattress! So far so good!

Love, love the Adapt medium mattress! I've had it for about 7 weeks. It felt a bit firmer when I first got it but after maybe 3 weeks it softened up to how the store model felt. I'm a side and back sleeper and this mattress is the most pressure relieving mattress I've ever had. No more low back, hip, or shoulder pains! I can sleep through the whole night without waking up!

I had slept on the original Tempur-Pedic mattress for 19 years and wanted a similar feel and support. The Adapt medium provides that. I didn't have a problem with the old mattress being too warm so I didn't opt for a cooler mattress- so far I have not regretted that choice. I am a big guy- 6'6" and 250 lb - and a side sleeper. I continue to evaluate it knowing I can exchange my mattress for a cooling one during the trial period. The adjustable base is wonderful- great way to watch movies.

I love these mattresses. I had hoped the Adapt Medium would be similar to the mattress I bought 13 years ago -- I loved how firm it was. This Medium is softer, which probably is what 99% of the population wants. I preferred the super firmness of the older model. However, it's still a wonderful mattress that gives me very comfortable sleep.

I am in love with our new TempurPedic ProAdapt medium mattress. Since our purchase, my sleep has improved tremendously. I love getting into bed at night, ready for rest and comfort. I am able to fall asleep faster. I wake up feeling less sore and stiff. I'm so happy we invested in this mattress!!

I repeatedly woke up with an aching lumbar region. I felt like there was no depression except at the more weighted areas...hips, shoulders, etc. if I layed on my back to read or just look at my phone,I felt like my chest was being stretched upward... like an upside down "U." Similar in other positions. Had to return.

So far, so good. I've had it for almost a month and find it very comfortable to sleep on. I'm a little disappointed that my back pain hasn't gone away, which probably means it wasn't solely caused by my old mattress. My neck pain has definitely decreased though. The only thing I don't like about the mattress is that it is really hot to sleep on. I can't use my thick winter comforter because I get so incredibly hot. I really only need a thin blanket and sometimes only a sheet since I've gotten this new mattress. Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase though.

First day I wanted to send it back! The whole night I thought this bed is way to hard.I didn't sleep very well first night But one of my coworkers said to try it for a couple of weeks,it will soften up It has been about a month.....I still think it's a little hard, but my husband likes it. The ones in the store have been broken in , and are nice you sink in them. I bought medium.....the soft at the store was to soft I think I'm starting to get used to it

My fiancé and I bought this bed and it is the best investment ever. She sleeps on her back and she has slept amazing since the product . She snores every night but won't admit it . Best sleep ever and even better with the adjustable base . We could literally stay in bed all day.
