I was never able to heal right after being in a bad car accident in high school. Especially for a young woman, the pain I experienced in my back and hips was debilitating, and I truly believed that I would spend the rest of my life living in pain. Eventually, it got to be too much for me when I could only sleep in one position, surrounded by a mountain of pillows... Then I bought my Tempur-pedic mattress. I was worried that it wouldn't be worth the investment, but my worries were quickly put to rest. Not only can I now restfully sleep, but I can move around pain free for the first time in years. I have experienced a life changing increase in the quality of my life. That's not to say that everything about it is perfect - this mattress retains quite a bit of heat and feels less supportive the longer you lay on it. Usually rolling over to the other side of the bed does the trick though! All in all, it is a very comfortable bed. I look forward to going to sleep every single night and am so grateful that I can live my life again without pain.

We bought tempur adapt med with the power base. WORST purchase ever. Waste of $4000. Don't buy from tempur authorized retailers. Paid cash april 2023, Took 3 weeks and threatening to have the debit reversed for delivery, white glove delivery is 2 teens with your mattress out of the box strapped to a short bed pickup with the base folded in the dirty bed. The mattress is so hard even after 6 weeks we had to add a topper to make it bearable. When the base is used the mattress does not bend and floats above the base unless you sit on it and then the foot of the bed just bends straight up from the hip leaves 18 inches of space between the bottom of the mattress and the base. There is NO support from tempur if you buy from a retailer and tempur doesn't care if they have bad retailers. When called Tempur didn't even care when the retailer delivered FAKE tempur pillows and sheets (different brand on the tags and packaging sold as tempur) I wonder about the mattress being fake too as it's not like the one we tried. And beware tempur does not require the 90 night trial be honored by their retailers or the free returns/exchanges. So if you want to try one of these don't use an "authorized" retailer because tempur doesn't back the purchase. The only time i wish i would have bought online.

I wake up refreshed and full of energy. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

I purchased a Stern & Foster slept on this mattress for 30 nights and it was the worst 30 nights of my life!! I sent it back. I did my homework, jumped from Store to Store looking at my options, every sales rep explained the benefits of the Tempur-Pedic, I was like the Tree bears trying to figure out which mattress would fit me. I only had one more chance, so I had to make it work! I was Very reluctant to purchase, I choose the ADAPT med Hybrid. I received it on the 15 of April, 2023 and what a difference!!!! My back and hips felt amazing . Getting up was such a pleasure and a Great night sleep was the best gift ever!!! Now I need a pillow .

When I called the salesman said to wait awhile and it will soften up. One month later, I am still waiting and hoping it will. Seems to firm for a medium. Has not been life changing that's for sure. When I say I do not recommend, I am only referring to the medium mattress.

LOVE our Tempurpedic mattress! Happy we got the adjustable base as the anti-snore position has really helped. The firmness of the mattress is perfect for us and we look forward to going to sleep every night! The only complaint is that it was a real chore to attach our headboard to the Reverie base. Maybe this would have worked better with a tempurpedic base but those were considerably higher priced.

the adapt medium has really helped my back ache from any mattress i have had, i enjoy going to bed now instead of dreading it . im not sure yet about the firmness, i have had firm mattresses before this is suppose to be medium and still to me is firm. im hoping it just has to be slept in awhile. i might have to exchange for a softer one but will definatel be tempur the quality is just unbelievable and the company is just so awesome with there customer service.

The bed seems similar to the one we replaced. We had a Tempur-pedic Classic. The deliver went pretty well. However, if you are replacing an old bed, the delivery people should make sure the frame fits the new bed correctly. It does tend to be warm. However, it is not too warm. I just use less covers. It seems comfortable and I can only hope that it does not start sinking like the old one did. The new 10 year warranty is half of what the old ones had. The pillows we got are very nice. The down one is not hard like some of the other memory foam ones are. The cooling one seems to work well for my better half. She seems to like it. Only time will tell. As to warranty, the tags should have been placed either at the foot or on the side. To have to look at information at the head of the bed seems strange. Also, the corners of the foundation say to remove them. However, the delivery people did not remove them.

I bought the Adapt Medium Hybrid hoping that it would be the perfect mattress; however, the mattress just doesn't provide me with enough pressure-relief for my shoulders and hips. I like the firmness of the top of the mattress, however, once you sink down into the mattress, it just becomes too firm. Also, once you put on the waterproof mattress protector, it loses some of its cooling properties.

I struggle with back problems and have been waking up lately with stiffness and difficulty getting out of bed after a nights sleep. We had a 10+ year old first gen memory foam mattress that was just simply at the end of its life and it made sure to let us know every morning. Since receiving this mattress, I feel I have been getting so much better sleep and not tossing and turning all night. When I first lay down, I just simply sink into the bed just a little bit and have the support I need all across my body. My legs get support, my back gets support and my shoulders get support. The one thing that I dont like about foam mattresses is that they seem to be a little warmer but we have since put a cooling mattress protector on and it is so much cooler to sleep on now. Overall I love this mattress and it's making me regret every day that I waited to replace it so that I could have started to feel better sooner. Dont hesitate to buy and just do it and get a better nights sleep.
