Great price....OK quality. Price makes it very enjoyable. :-) Seam as others said is not the best...but with a towel or yoga mat makes it very much worth the price.

Easy to put together , good quality and appears it will hold up well in Texas heat. Weighted option is great, we filled ours with water and it does not float away but it does recommend sand to weigh it down. The sleek look adds elegance to our outdoor space. Overall, it's a top-notch choice for poolside lounging just wish it had a built in drink holder !

This is nothing but flimsy pieces of molded plastic that screw together, However, they do not stay screwed together. I really wish I had bought the one piece lounge chairs, but these are actually three separate pieces. Two pieces are supposed to screw together and just sit on top of the base. The problem is they float around, come apart where there are screwed together, And just look cheap and are not comfortable. Will be sending these back. Save your money. These are junk.

Easy to put together. But almost immediately after (less than a week) the plastic started to discolor and cannot be scrubbed off. Talked to customer service who asked for photos and I provided them. Two months and three emails with no replies later still have the same discolored chairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pool chair not only provides outstanding comfort and value but also its white color complements any pool beautifully. My only concerned moving forward with this chair is that you have to screw it together in 3 to 4 places and I'm afraid overtime the screws might rust. Also the chair has two components to it the back portion and the base and if those screws loosen overtime it might create a pinpoint at the base of the chair if the screws become loose. Overall the chair has been great and looks good by the poolside.

I purchased two of these for the baja shelf of my recently remodeled pool and they are PERFECT. They are super comfortable for both myself (I am 5'3") and my husband (6'4"). Compared to some of the other options out there, these are a great value and look super stylish. I receive complements on them all the time. They were easy to assemble and the 18lbs of sand you can add to them really help keep them in place!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It arrived! This was sold out for a little so super excited to finally receive. Shipping came very fast via Fed Ex. The box was light weight and easy to move. The lounger comes in three parts and with everything needed for assembly except a screwdriver. I was able to unbox and assemble in 10 minutes without any assistance. We are a very active family and use our lilly pad area either for adult chill or relaxation or sometimes for the little ones to play and splash around and sometimes with our big family we use it for both at same time. I need versatility. So after assembly I put this in my pool to see how it went without adding in the water or sand to weight it down. With a little assistance in getting it to sink, the lounger went down and stayed down and didn't move or float around. This is huge bonus, one I absolutely love about this, if you have used other loungers you know what I mean. This chair has areas to add additional weight such as sand or water to make sure in it doesn't move. However, without the requirement of adding in extra weight I can add this in to pool and remove without extra muscle needed. (Aka my husband) I just got it to ledge let it drain and then enjoyed on side ledge of pool. I love that I have the option to add in the weight but huge win I don't need to. Again, this chair is perfect for in pool or side of pool or really just lounging anywhere. Plus this Step 2 material is so durable and with a little quick power wash it looks brand new making it super easy to clean and maintain. Absolutely worth every penny. This one's a keeper.

Loungers are very cheap and low quality and are very uncomfortable. These are slippery in the pool more like a slide. If you order and want to return them the return is at your own expense. I am stuck with these loungers as returning them you will pay a 20% restocking fee and have to pay out of pocket for the return. This makes the return process more than the price of the lounger. Keep that in mind when ordering, this company does not make returns easy and thus you are stuck with a product that does not meet expectations.

Was easy to assemble which is a plus because I can disassemble it for storage in the winter. Lounger is well made and I will probably get many years of use out of it. Comfortable position and nice smooth surface easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The updated 2024 design is more stable with the sand weighted container addition. When we received our updated Step2 lounger, we were unaware of the additional sand needed. The 2024 upgraded lounger no longer shifts in the water with the added weight (via sand) and thus steadies the chair on our Baja shelf. The factory ‘anchor' inserts did not fit easily into the holes and needed some elbow-grease pressure to be a good fit when screwed in, (see pics) and we pre-drilled the holes. Seasonally, the pool water temperature is still at 55 degrees, so we won't be swimming and enjoy lounging in the new version for a few months. We enjoyed our original two 2023 Vero loungers for the entire 2023 swimming/sunning session. All have been relatively easy to assemble, comfortable to lounge in on our Baja shelf, and they have held up well. With the original 2023 model, we did have a slight raising of the foot area while in the water, but never a 'floating-away' issue. The new design already seems to have solved that one issue. In the picture, the new 2024 Vero lounger is on the far left, so you can see it fits perfectly with the existing loungers. The Vero lounger is a great product and now with the update on Step2's part, even better. We were excited to see the addition of the new accessories for the Vero Lounger. I would and already have recommended this lounger for anyone wanting a quality product at a fabulous cost point compared to others. The good picture is of both years' models for your viewing. Don't forget you need ‘Play Sand' which is a separate low cost, for the final assembly.
