Recommend that servicing be based on hours of usage not elapsed time where maybe only five or 10 hours have been put on the generator .

My guess is we just purchased a great insurance policy for our neighbors, in that, we may never lose power again! But we're in good shape if we do!

The only thing i would like to see to improve the generator is to make it run more quite. The whole nieghborhood can hear it when it turns on.

The truth is, we haven't had occasion to use it since installation 6 months ago. I guess you could say we've been lucky with ours...

I bought a year ago. Very satisfied, never let us down. The service gentleman was very nice, polite, friendly and professional.

This generator is good, but was most impressed with the workers who installed the unit. Professional, neat, courteous.

Installation was smooth and seamless. We have not used it for back up it has flawlessly run the exercise cycle every week.

We have had it for 3 weeks and had 3 power outages , worked perfect . Cycles every week at exact same time . Looks great , thanks

Had two power outages and generator worked like it was suppose to. No problems to this point in time.
