This is a generator that can be installed with in a day most of the time and is very simple to operate.

This is a great enty level investment

The weather has been calm so have not used the generator as of this time. It is insurance for my home.

Thank you for support, we lost power 2 weeks ago, and sure thing the power was back on thanks to you.

I made a good choice.

The installation was a fire and mechanical hazard. 

1. Putting the garage door down ripped the wires down causing the door to get stuck.

2. The garage door spring cables rubbed on the power lines - creating a fire hazard.

The installation is being redone. I may change my review after the problems are corrected.

Nothing to review - installation was messed up

I am quite pleased with the generator, although we haven't had to really use it ,it is nice knowing that it is there ready for us. My wife had not heard it run yet so I informed her that on Mondays it runs a self diagnostic test, so she she grabed a lawn chair and sat outside to hear it run when it started her first comment was that she had expected it to be a lot louder than it was. Thank you for the great product and the very qualified installers. P.S. my neighbors are jealous.
