Since having it installed the power has only been lost twice, but both times, we would find ourselves freezing in place and after a few sec. away she would go, lights everything back up and running, It is very quiet when running, looks good. I love it. I am set to retire soon, always wanted to have this taken care before that time got here, best thing we done, I recommend this product everyday.

We installed our Generac back up unit in the Soring of 2016 and our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The generator went in with minimal effort, and is working marvelously with no worries or effort from us. We are amazed and confident now with the peace of mind the Generac has given us. I travel extensively for my job and with the Generac watching out for my family while I'm gone, I feel at ease.

The auto switch generator we had installed has already paid for itself with the amount of times my family and I lose power in the woods of Maine. It takes a meme moment to kick on, but runs better than my electricity from the electric company. Super grateful and happy to have it

I did my homework prior to my purchase and the only negative thing i could find is that it was loud when running under a full load. Well, i decided i could sacrifice noise for comfort and let me tell you, I LOVE IT!!!!! This unit runs my entire house without fault!!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. When my Father-in-Law saw i had ordered one, he too got on the band wagon and is very pleased with his as well. We both loose power quite often and as far as i am concerned, it has already paid for itself after multiple power outages. Don't loose any sleep over deciding, GO GENERAC OR GO BROKE!!!!!

I unpacked & set up my Generac on a concrete pad in the optimum location for NG & electrical hook. A connection layout was done by our provincial utility authority. Our electrical contractor had the electrical service connected, tested & inspected in a morning. Three weeks after installation an auto accident caused a 4 hour power interruption that proved the value of this whole house installation.

We're about 6 months into ownership now, and have experienced 1 power outage. The machine performed flawlessly. We live in a rural area area where power is lost quite often due to storms and it's really comforting to know life is not interrupted because of that. That said, I wish to add the home surge protector was also a worthy investment. Thank you Generac.

We've all been there. Lights out and no idea when it will be restored. With our increased dependence on reliable energy loss of power is serious. The night our Generac was installed I told my wife I had never had the feeling of complete peace of mind after purchasing a product or service like that I experienced after our Generac was installed. We've lost power twice since installing it three months ago. The feeling in the house is 'oh well" compared to a panic we experienced before. I highly recommend installing a Generac, not only does it provide energy, it also provides a level of peace of mind few will ever know. The guys and BNK that installed it are terrific. They are polite, knowledgable and cleaned up the job site beautifully.

I am a home dialysis patient, so I need to have electricity to complete my treatments. Whenever the electricity goes out, or even flutters, the Generac automatically kicks on and I never lose power. My only concern was the installer didn't stick around to help me set up the mobile link app on my phone. He had somewhere else to be but said someone would contact me to set it up. It's been a year and still no help with mobile link set up.

After 6 months of operation it appears this product is very well put together. It has never failed on any power outages or weekly exercises. I like the quietness of operation and the seamless transfer from utility power to emergency. The only problem that I have with this product is the fact that I cannot enter the length of exercise time. In the winter, I would prefer to exercise the run time longer than 10 minutes. I would prefer to run test exercise at least 20 minutes. As owner I should have the ability to control my own exercise time.

We are happy to again have a full house generator at our new condo in New Hampshire. It provides the security we wanted. Leblanc' did an excellent installation and fully explained all its features. We have not yet needed it but I am sure it will operate flawlessly when we need it.
