Purchased this product for peace of mind for outages. Product has good looking appearance and was easy to install. Looking forward to many years of worry-free backup generation.

Living in Maine we experience the uncertainty of power outages. We are retired and the ease and peace of mind during storms has been wonderful. Wish we'd invested years ago.

Two weeks after buying this product, the power went out on the coldest night of the year. We never noticed. Generac kicked in and kept house toasty for five hours. We consider this the best investment we have made in years.

Although our power has not gone out yet so we really have not put it to the test, I am satisfied so far. The set up was easy and it is running as it should once a week in maintenance mode. I will keep you posted. Thanks

I just replaced the Generac that ran great for 14 years. I gave the old one to a friend, it still ran great. We got a larger one and a very happy. Several of our neighbors have purchased Generacs and also love them too.

Very pleased with local electrician installation, very professional and neat with their work. Also impressed with the obvious quality of the equipment installed.E

I put 1 at my house & my dad's house. My Dad called me & said, "this thing is running". I asked, "is your power out?". He said " I don't know but everything is working". Then he checked with neighbors & sure enough the power was out.

I like the security of backup power, but have not needed it yet so I could not give 5 stars. The oil filter came loose and leaked oil - luckily it was checked before it became a huge problem

This propane generator has kicked on several times for us during frequent power outages and never failed to provide a seamless transition from the grid power and back once power was restored-best purchase yet for the ranch!

Since install it has turned on twice for power outages. Both times within a minute power was restored in the house. No longer have to run extension cords around the house like for old portable generator.
