So far I have had no major outages. The ones that I have had were of short duration. The 22kw unit I have has operated perfectly every time. It runs every Saturday as programed. It run very quietly. I would recommend Generac to anyone.

Can't give it 5 stars as I haven't needed it yet. It is nice to know that the test run functioned as it should when the houses power breaker was opened manually. So far, so good!

The unit is compact and blends in well with its surroundings. Haven't had a chance to use it yet...good thing, but when it tests itself every Saturday, it is quiet and we can barely hear it running. Very pleased with the purchase.

Our electrician ran a test to be sure all was connected and working and the generac performed as it was intended. Other than that we have not had a performance.

Company did an outstanding job of installation and testing. Managed every facet of the process and made it easy for us to understand how it works. So far so good.

If this unit's quality is as good as the one my mother and brother received about 10 years ago, one cannot go wrong buying a Generac. I have not had my unit long enough to speak to quality, but have no reason to believe the quality is not the same.

I am so glad I bought the Genarac because I do not like to be without electric. My installer was very knowable about the product and this was also a bigger seller for me.

Everything went great from the installation to hearing it kick on once a week for the self test. We know the generac generation is ready when we lose power. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend this 22k unit. RAY LEOTTA

Having the generator give peace of mind. I am disabled from a medical condition; do not have to worry about going outside awry about starting and fueling a standby unit.

Went to home show and we looked at the Generac and were very impressed about the unit we looked at and decided to purchase one for piece of mind. Best money spent
