Not only is my Generac a great chose so was having Gen Ready of Northport NY installing it, they were great.

Installation was completed in 4 hours and runs great. Time will tell if all works well. Excited to be prepared (just in case).

The generator was installed and 1 1/2 hrs later we lost power for 5 hrs. , it came on like a champ just like it was supposed to.  Awesome!

Great product

Just installed, upgraded from 10 kw that lasted 11 years, looking forward to having the entire house powered by generator rather than only portions.

The installation was a fire and mechanical hazard. 

1. Putting the garage door down ripped the wires down causing the door to get stuck.

2. The garage door spring cables rubbed on the power lines - creating a fire hazard.

The installation is being redone. I may change my review after the problems are corrected.

Nothing to review - installation was messed up

Since installing the generator we have had 3 power outages. It is so much better to have an automatic turn on with enough power to run everything. Also with a service contract we do not have to worry about taking care of our generator and it will always be there when needed.
