Haven't had a chance to use the Generic yet but it looks good, runs quiet and doesn't take up a great deal of space.

This backup generator gives me confidence that when the power does gout out. (2 to 3 times a year in my area) I won't be in the dark.

The product is very good, but I was troubled by it taking about a year to receive one. Not that I have it, I am very happy.
