This generator was purchased for a home in Belize and the sales and installation team were awesome. I have not had to use the generator but I have complete faith in the product and the installation. Was only disappointed the free Genarac pressure washer deal was not available in Belize. Thank you for a great product and a great team

So far, so good. It's installed and is showing that it's ready to go. It's been in for about three weeks and does it's automatic test each week. I feel guilty wanting a power failure to happen so i can be sure it does exactly what it's supposed to do. It will eventually happen and I'm ready for it. Worth the price and piece of mind to keep me and my family up and running.

This was the best money I’ve spent to protect my home ! Colonial Generator was very proffesional with the installation and the workers were very knowledgeable about this product ! The first time I needed my generator, thee was a problem with "hunting" for the core ct RPM. I called a local dealer for repairs. He adjusted fuel mix, and said the problem was resolved. The next start up, I had the same issue. This time, he replaced the mixer. Weeks later, there was a loud buzzing fr the mixer. Once again. I got a new mixer. Problem solved, for now.

Fortunately we have not had occasion to use our generator in the very short time we have had it but it is so nice to know that when the occasion happens we will be ready. We have been through hurricanes with no power for a couple of weeks and this would have been wonderful to have. The only time we needed customer service they came through immediately, telling us the easiest way to move the generator was to insert pipes into the holes in the bottom of the frame and have four people carry it. Simple solution to our biggest problem! Maybe they will add that to their instruction manual for future buyers who are not able to get fork lifts onto the site. Thanks Generac for making our life a lot easier and less stressful here in Southeast Texas!

I had this Generator installed about 4 months ago. The power failed only once since then and the Generator kicked in within 10 seconds. We hardly noticed the power failure. If this Generator continues to work like this (with proper maintenance) for the next 10 years--I will consider this as an outstanding investment. So far so good.

Generac system delivers power as advertised. System comes on within 3 seconds of power failure, runs my entire house and shuts off automatically when electric is restored. I appreciate the weekly system check that the Generac generator performs. I keeps me and my family assured that we will never again be without electric power.

Great product that delivers peace of mind against electrical power loss. In Oklahoma, we get occasional storms capable of incapacitating the delivery of electricity. Those storms can come in the form of high winds, tornados and ice. We do lose power from time to time....once after an ice storm, power was down for 8 days. Generac removes that significant threat of inconvenience and discomfort. It comes on every other week at exactly noon for about five minutes to check itself. It actually looks and works better than we expected. We recommend it to ours friends and children.

We have had four power outages since we installed our Generac 22KW generator. It is fueled by our propane system (1000 gal tank) so we never need to worry about refueling it. The automatic test feature provides the confidence that it is ready to step in to provide the power to meet all of our needs when we loose electricity due to grid failure. Peace of mind!
