The installation was done by E&RPower Solutions. I’m very pleased with the product and really looking forward to the time when we need it to work, not to wish any bad weather too anyone. I know that the guy who installed it had a 4 hour round trip to drive and the days in Kansas right now are hot, humid and very uncomfortable William was nice, friendly and very informative about what he was doing and about the product,a special thanks to him. For that reason only I highly recommend the product.

In two year's time, other than the monthly tests, our generator had been running for less than two days, total- then Hurricane Sally hit our area. 200,000 homes were without power. Hundreds of telephone/electrical poles were snapped like matchsticks. Thanks to our Generac Guardian, our home had power for 70+ hours. It easily powered our 2,000 Sq. ft. home. Two of our neighbors bought Guardian 22KW generators, just like ours, after we recommended that model, so there were three Generac Guardian 22KW generators, less than 1/4 mile apart, that ran 70+ hours with absolutely no problems. It immediately shut down when the power grid returned. We could hear the gasoline generators of a few neighbors still running hours after our electricity returned as it was still daylight.

We lost power for 36 hours in August 2020. Thankfully we had some small gas powered generators to take care of the Refrigerators, Sump and Freezer. It was 95 degrees that day and night into next day. Sleep was non-existent. Walking around my development all of my neighbors were dark except for one. He had a Generac stand-by generator. Most of his house was taken care of except his A/C. I started thinking. September 15th 2020 I contracted with a company to provide a whole house unit. I ordered the 22KW unit to power my whole house. There was a run on generators and mine wasn't delivered until mid-January 2021. It was installed the 22nd and turned over to me on the 29th. I hooked up Mobile-Link on the 31st hours before a noreaster/snow event hit Maryland and I slept like a baby.

The manual that they send out with the unit doesn't have all the electrical connections in it and doesn't give you all the information to allow your generator to fully function crappy product crappy service crappy support, if you want a generator for backup supply go elsewhere to a company that actually knows what they're doing I can produce the manuals to back it up and not make change to the generator and then don't change the manual so it doesn't work properly.

This is my second Generac. My first was in the Northeast and was a 20KW, but in Florida I upgraded to the 22KW due to large A/C requirement. The generator is surprisingly quiet. I only know its running because it sends me a text! This is a great feature because even when I travel I now know if my house lost power. I compared price and features to the biggest competitor and the Generac was 20% cheaper both in the Northeast and in Florida. The unit also looks great and my neighbors said they had to go outside after a power outage to know it was running because its so quiet.

Kudos to all involved in our generator installation. From Mike who initially came to our home and got the ball rolling to Ann who kept us apprised of the process as things progressed then checked on us after the installation to Mike and AAron who actually installed the generator. The dealer we went through, Warren Welding of Berryville Ar, was wonderful to work with in every aspect of the purchase to the final installation. The generator works great and has given us the peace of mind whenever there maybe a power outage that our home will be supplied with electricity. We live in a remote area and this is an important issue for us.

Installation of a 24,000 KW Generac standby home generator was completed today. Generac and NewGen made this a very satisfying experience. The Generac appears to be a quality built unit. The included seven year warranty is a welcomed feature. NewGen Electric performed a flawless installation. The overall experience was gratifying.

Can’t say enough about this was the best investment I’ve done given my peace of mind of always having power. I live out in a rule area, and we lose power quite often deer in the winter and some times it’s a few hours and there was a time when we had no power for 5 days and not able to run the well and getting down in the 20s pipes freeze up. So now I live with peace of mind
