The workers, Joe, Jason, Dom and Mike arrived promptly to start the installation of our generator. They were friendly, took all precaution with protecting our house from damage, worked diligently and after completion, Joe took a significant amount of time to go over all the information we needed to know in order to run and maintain our new generator unit. We are very happy with the installation and look forward to the comfort this generator will bring to us in the coming years.

We had Switch Electric, LLC perform the installation. They came highly recommended and I can see why. The installation went flawlessly, their explanation of the system was easy to understand and the product works incredibly well. We typically lose power here in our area at least three to four times per year and were tired of hooking up a manual generator to the house during those windy/rainy times. Thank goodness we now have the peace of mind that it will happen automatically.

Even though the product is pricy, loosing refrigerators and freezers of food quickly reduces the price of the generator. I bought a portable, but it was not user friendly and left a lot of work to do in an outage. Now we do not worry about outages when we are away. The noise level is not a problem and we barely hear it running. The contractor was fast, courteous, and neat in setting up the generator.

I decided to get a generator after my husband passed away. We had a gas powered one, but knew I couldn’t start it. Best decision! I was worried about the winter & being in a cold house with my old dog. Possibly snowed in. Well worth it for peace of mind. Installation by Corbin Electric was quick and efficient. Wonderful experience, everyone was so helpful.

Didn't expect this unit to be able to run both A/C units plus the rest of the house, but it can as long as they both don't try to start at the same instant. More than I expected. I also like the mobile link as we are away a lot. Good to know the unit has exercised and that if there are any problems, the dealer gets an email and knows a repair is needed.

Our install crew was from Blose Electric Co , Dayton PA. A.J. Blose was a pleasure to do business with, great communication. His crew guys were very easy to deal with, absolutely professional installation, very detailed and thorough. This crew installs a whole house generator basically one every day of the week. They showed up on time and immediately got to work with our installation. Very patiently explained how the transfer switch worked and cleaned up everything when done, including fingerprints on the equipment. I can absolutely recommend this business for your installation.

Budget Electric came out and did an estimate and answered all of our questions about the generator and the installation. They gave us an install date and were on target with that date. All of the workers were professional and coureous. They did an excellent job of installing and spent time answering all of our questions and demontrated maintenance tips and operation of the generator. We live near the Gulf of Mexico & now have peace of mind that we will not have to leave our home during a power outage. Hurricane season is no longer a deep concern. Wish more people knew about this wonderful produce with all its features. Thank You Generac!!!

After many power outages in 2020 we decided to purchase a generator. We chose Metro Electric to install it because they had the best presentation. It was installed on May 26, 2021. It was a rainy day but the electrician and plumber had tent coverings so they could proceed as planned. When they came into the house they had foot coverings so as not to track in any dirt. We felt they were very professional and knowledgeable. When the electrician was done, he came in to explain the Operating and Maintenance Binder. It said our generator would come on every Wednesday at 12 p.m. and on 6-2-21 it came on at 12 p.m. And on 6-9-21 we had a very short power outage in the morning and the generator immediately came on and then again at 12p.m. We are very pleased with the installation and especially the power outage start. That was great evidence that our system was working.

Slick appearance, tad loud but it was expected..Bracket heating air put it in, was kept informed throughout process went thru all the features of it after they got done..had researched various generators and companies who installed..peace of mind during outages.
