[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is soft and holds up very well with daily use. The one complaint I had was that, although the roll has a lot of sheets, the individual sheets themselves seem to be smaller than the standard size. 

I've been purchasing this for years and always appreciated the softness, lint-free use, and not overly huge roll that fits well on my dispensers. However, something has changed with my recent purchase. It doesn't feel as soft or thick. But the worst part is, so far in the first 6 rolls I've put out, 2 of them are unusable. The perforations on the 2-plys are not lined up and the paper is sort of stuck to itself. And there is no "design" on it -- just a bunch of rough dots all over. It's unusable this way. Toilet paper is expensive, but a necessity. I've saved the rolls for now. If I get more like this I'll try to return it and buy another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quilted Northern "ultra soft and ultra strong" tissue was soft to touch but durable enough to get the job done. It felt very plush and was gentle on my skin. It left me feeling dry and comfortable. No little bits were left behind and it cleaned pretty well. It felt thick and high quality. They are telling the truth when they say its 4x the size of a normal roll. I added a regular roll to show the size comparison. I appreciate that this brand plants trees to help the environment too.

It’s soft and comfortable without feeling too thin, and it’s strong enough that I don’t feel like I have to use a ton of it. I also like that the rolls are a good size and last a decent amount of time. Overall it’s a great combination of softness, strength, and value, and I definitely would purchase in the future.

First of all, any company that gives away product for 5 star reviews is questionable. I had been buying this to for years and noticed recently (last 6 months) that the quality is worse. It’s thin and the rolls in a multipack are not of the same quality. Also, the packaging has changed to be deceptive of the fact that you are now get slightly smaller rolls and less product - even though the labeling is the same as always. I’m in a 2 person household and the multipack I usually bought would last 6 weeks but now thanks to purchasing with a grocery app I can see that I have been buying the “same size and quantity “ monthly instead. This is deceptive and illegal!

I've been buying this toilet paper from Sam's Club for years, but the item I bought on Friday is completely different - rough, thin, cheaply made. I've put in a complaint with Quilted Northern, but I'm asking Sam's Club to review this product. Something has changed and it's not good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does keep you dry yes, but the toilet paper always falls apart and there’s little Pieces left behind. I’m not a fan of this . It is a good price point so I mean for the price I guess you can’t complain but in my opinion it’s not as durable as other brands. It’s 2 or 3 ply I’d say and super thick.

We have used this product for years because it’s (supposedly) soft and strong however, I think too much has been compromised to save production cost. It definitely is no longer strong. It’s close to being the same as one ply. We’ll no longer be buying this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Quilted Northern toilet paper. It’s plush and soft while still being absorbent enough to get tough jobs done. It tears easily from the roll and its thick enough that the plys don’t rip. Being septic safe is a huge plus, too.

Great product for my family and I. Reasonable price at Sams.
