I am a dedicated QN user for years, the past few months the rolls have gotten very rough, and do not unroll correctly, what has happened... I love this product, what happen to the" quilted" part of it?

We buy it every week there are 6 of Us in the home so we go through like 3-12 packs a month some times more if we have company over everyone says its so soft to there bottom. Thank You!!!

This used to be our "go to" when it came to toilet paper, but the latest purchase is rough, uncomfortable, and more paper-like. Why ruin a good thing?

The last few times I have bought this, (at Sam's) the sections do not tear off, but shred as if the 'cutters' need sharpened or adjusted. I like the tissue, but may consider another brand if it doesn't separate better.
