Been purchasing this for years. Pack purchased a few weeks ago is vastly different. Tissue is thin and extremely hard. Won't be purchasing in large qty anymore. Stuck with a huge pack of what I hope is defective tissue. If this is the new product I'll have to find another brand.

I am going to be very blunt. If you have ever put your finger through the paper when wiping,,,,,,,,,,,, yes I'm sure you've been there with those single layer brands. You will never have to worry about that with QN. It's so strong and you don't need very much, like those other brands. QN is my choice .And always will be.

Our family has tried every brand out there mostly because of money crunches. The cheaper 1 ply brands seriously come on people. I like a clean bottom not nasty fingers that poked thru "that's just GROSS". You also have to use more than you need because then squares are to thin. With Quilted Northern you use less and your able to wipe cleaner.

I normally use a different brand, but due to the shortage I bought Quilted Northern when I saw it was in stock on their website. I'm a convert! This toilet paper is thick and soft. I need to use less of it than I do of other leading brands. Thanks for working hard to keep the supply moving!

We have a septic tank so we also have to think about usage. We use less of your product and this helps with the tank and also our budget.

I have exclusively used Northern brand toilet tissue for years as it was the best. Now you have changed it and it isn't strong. It tangles up in my pubic hair and leaves little beads of it. I do not like the change at all. Please go back to the original.

I normally buy the Quilted Northern Mega 9 Rolls at my local supermarket. Since Covid 19 the stores I regularly go to have not carried it or any other brand of TP. I happened to buy my last package just before the pandemic. As it became more apparent that any TP would be difficult to acquire I thought I would reach out to the manufacturer directly. What a surprise and delight to find you are selling directly! I only buy Quilted Northern. For quality and quantity for the price it cannot be beat. Always a customer.
