My mother always bought Northern bathroom toilet paper so naturally l have always used it for my family. Can you believe l actually get compliments on my toilet paper from in-law family and friends when they visit? l would never even think of trying another brand. Why would l? It is baby soft and strong enough to get the job done.

Your product is great, and is usually 1 of 3 brands we buy. The more coupons you share, the more we use them to buy that product. More Northern coupons = we buy your product vs the other 2. Please also bear in mind when sending coupons: Not all households NEED packages of 12 MEGA rolls - pls send some coupons that are usable for smaller households who do not purchase these jumbo roll count packages. Do you have coupons applying to smaller packages? Are you sending these too?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used no other cause of the softness and plys of this product. Price, I would say is a little above the norm for this reason, rolls are soft and fluffy but do not last long before roll needs changing.

I echo many of the other reviews here. I've been a long time user (10+ years) but they have changed the quality and material of the soft and strong brand. It is worse than the cheap toilet paper at my work. Unless I see some type of announcement about a return to the old quality, I don't think I will purchase Quilted Northern again. So sad!

I am very disappointed in this Northern toilet paper. It used to be my favorite but not anymore. It is quite thin, flakes off, not as absorbent, & the size is not what it used to be. The roll is narrower & not as big around. It is usable, just not happy with the quality. My husband & myself are in our late 70's, on a fixed income, & both have disabilities so we don't get to the store very often. We have to rely on family to take us shopping so we can't just take stuff back when we are not satisfied like we used to. Anyway next shopping trip we will be trying something different.

Although the outside packaging is identical to this item, I did not get 32 large rolls. Instead, there are 40 much smaller rolls. The inside wrappers do say it's Northern so I am not going to return it because it is just too hard for me to get to the store. I'm not happy at having the smaller rolls, and there's no real way to know if it's equivalent or not to what I was supposed to get. This is a packaging error; it's nothing Sam's did.

I had used your Northern toilet paper for many years. But then you changed the product to quilted. It is awful. The ultra soft and strong is no longer soft or strong. I have switched to a different brand. Why change a superior product to one that is inferior? Any chance that you will offer the old version again?

Recently I suffered through an illness sending me on multiple trips to the porcelain throne. Thanks to the soft and strong qualities of Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong, my bum was not sore and raw, which has happened with other brands under this circumstance.

Our family of 6 has been using this toilet paper for years now and are always satisfied. I wouldn't mention this had it not been for inflation and how precious toliet paper is around the house. Our last package had one roll that was my pointer finger and middle finger in width!!
