Let's get real about this: the rolls are much smaller in width than the Members Mark TP and are no "softer". You'll notice on the image of the package that it's almost as if they don't want us to know how many square feet are in the package. They hype up how many rolls you get but use tiny print to tell you how few square feet you're buying. Stick with Members Mark...more for the money, bigger individual sheets and just as strong and soft.

I use to love this paper but lately it has a funky smell that sticks to you. I thought it was a one time thing but I've already repurchased 3 more times and still leaves a nasty stinch wherever you use it. Not buying anymore, time to switch paper brand.

Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong may be soft and strong AND biodegradable. Their narrative says, "—it's flushable and septic-safe for standard sewer and septic systems." These things may be true, BUT if you have a houseguest who uses a little bit too much, This Stuff will STOP UP your Toilet. I've had to call the plumber two different times to get it unstopped! I am on a regular city sewer system and this time, the plumber told me to stop using this tissue unless I like paying them $95 to have it unstopped! Buyer Beware!

Northern has reduced the width of their TP by 1/2 inch. Noticed this when the roll seemed to be too small for our dispenser. Used to buy Northern and was very pleased. Switched to Members Mark for value about 10 yrs ago. Bought Northern 2020 because it was on sale. Quality has diminished along with the size of the sheets. Would post a photo of the size difference but instead will return to Members Mark.

I've purchased this toilet paper for years but all of the sudden it said, "not available" and it was listed at the same price in a new listing as available. I ordered it and realized what was changed. The rolls are all smaller. They get used up much faster. Same price but less product. Disappointing. I want my old Quilted Northern back.

Beware the tiny rolls, the package shows that you get more sheets per roll but, the rolls are much smaller/shorter/not as wide as the rolls purchased at regular retail store. They look miniature on the holder and don't last as long because it takes more sheets to get the job done.

I've been buying this brand, it does what tissue is supposed to do. However I'm not impressed with the recent change from 271 to 244 sheets per roll. Still with the same claims of saving $16 per package like the old amount. It's one thing to raise the price, I find it deceptive to reduce product amount hoping that consumers will not notice.

When I purchased this, I had high hopes after reading the reviews. But after using the product I found due to the smaller size of each individual sheet, I had to use quite a bit more to get the job done. Whereas in the past using the Member's Mark brand, it normally needed from four to eight sheets to get clean, with this brand, it requires from six to ten sheets. On a couple of occasions, this led to toilet clogging. I am also worried about causing problems with my septic tank. I will never purchase this product again.

What happened to this toilet paper? This used to be my go to, but now, I am going to have to by another, quilted my butt, this is like freaking sand paper, I am going to take it back to sams, this costs to much to be of this quality, more like 2.00 instead of 20.00 Horrible!!!!

I use Northern tissue because it is a good product, but it is no longer 4 pkgs of 8 rolls, but is now 2 pkgs of 16 rolls. That number is too many to store in bathrooms, and I don't want open rolls left in storage. I am disappointed, but will have to find another brand.
