At least 2rolls were unusable they were like sand paper I got sore from 1st time I used tp from each roll did nouse them which brought up the price per roll

This is my favorite toilet paper. It comes off of the roll very easy and tears along the perforated lines without any issues. It's soft and durable and doesn't clog my toilet. It has just the right amount of thickness and isn't full of lint.

Cutting the size/Width of each roll so that they are thinner. Obviously reducing the size is a little trick to cut costs without cutting the price. Will not purchase again

Aptly named, they don't call it "Ultra Soft & Strong" for nothing. I've tried many different brands at Sam's Club but this particular one is fantastic. It does everything that you'd want toilet paper to do. Need I say more?

What happened to the softness? We usually wouldn’t buy anything else but thinking that if this is the new standard. The texture is was not soft. It feels more like the toilet paper you find in public restrooms.

I am so disappointed with the Ultra soft & strong which used to be 295 sheets but is now 255 2-ply sheets. Northern made it 4x thicker which if I wanted it thicker, I would of bought the 3-ply. Now both have the same amount of sheets and because of this, I will not be buying this brand again. I preferred having more sheets so it would last longer. Another example of "shrinkflation" 👎
