The item was good, but the buying experience was terrible. All of a sudden, several items aren't available for delivery, but you can pre-order & pick up at the store. I pre-ordered 2 items, but when I got there this was the only one available with them saying that between the previous night when I ordered it & the next day that I went to pick it up, they must have all been sold. This left me with paying a charge to order that way (which I think is unreasonable) in an amount greater than the savings on the sale price. Probably will never do that again.

I have used and loved this toilet paper for many years, however, it appears that they are making it differently now, or I would have given it 5 stars. I find small toilet paper wads around the rolls and my bathroom gets very "dusty" upon tearing the toilet paper off the roll. I have to clean my baseboards and flooring daily due to this.

Toilet tissue satisfaction leans heavily on your preference in its qualities. I find this tissue to be almost equal in my top 3 choices. One other top choice offers more paper per roll, and sometimes a sale price on one of the preferences wins my purchase. Also availability the day I am shopping influences my purchase from "the top 3".

I wont reach for anything other toilet paper, as this brand always for me, has delivered excellent quality toilet paper. It tears smoothly everytime, the packaging never rips, and a little bit goes a long way (which is definitely needed in my house).

Finally, a roll of toilet paper that is NOT Mega or Mega Mega. We have a cat that thinks toilet paper on a roll is a "kitty gym" and loves to pull it all off. So, because of this I keep my paper in a small chest with six little wicker drawers. These rolls fit perfectly. The super sized ones don't fit at all. Oh, yes and the paper is as advertised soft on the bottom, still strong enough, one doesn't have to use half a roll to be sure of a clean wipe.

As a Veteran I have had the unfortunate experience of using all sorts things to wipe my nether region. With that being said, I would have to say this product is soft, yet sturdy and absorbent. I pride myself in saying i do not entrust any other tp on my Proud American button.

Doesn't leave little pills of toilet paper on your bum after using the dunny, ikyk. Lasts quite a while considering we are a 4 person household with 2 younger kids that like to use GOBS each time they go. Miraculously, doesn't clog the toilet in our older home. We also love the price point compared to our previous regular buy.

I like Members Mark. This was an emergency purchase, and if I can help it, I won't by it again. It actually feels rough. I went in for the Members Mark tissue and paper towels. They were "out of stock." What I really think is that Sam's knows these higher priced items don't sell as well because they are over-priced, so they delayed stocking the Members Mark so that these other items would sell. I did go to customer service to ask when they would have MM in stock. I was told it would be later that day, perhaps a half-hour, but when I stated that I would wait, the rep then said it could or could not be depending on staffing to put it out. I was thinking about upgrading my membership - not now.

They have cheated us ( comsumer) by making this product narrower if you pay attention to details and if you don't fold enough, it will sip through onto your fingers. I will never ever buy again- will stick with sam's club member's mark brand( thick and wide like the old days).
