I like your toilet paper, but now that it's 4X thicker, I noticed that it went from 295 sheets to 255 sheets per roll. I don't know why that had to change, and I don't like it.

The savings is good but they are able to offer it by cutting an inch off the roll. Quality is still good but I think it is being a little dishonest and disappointing

Best toilet paper that is soft, lasts for a while and does not cause any clogs as compared to other more popular names that we experienced, And has beautiful pattern print. We are a family of 5, so it was important that we found toilet paper that doesn’t finish so quickly.

My order was to me in just a couple days. I was glad I ordered it until the box arrived smashed. Good thing it was toilet paper. I would have hated to see it if it was anything else. I would send a picture but I already sent one to you from my phone.

I’ve always relied on Sam’s Club to provide me with the best quality product for my money and this is as personal as it gets! I’ve always used Northern bathroom tissue since childhood and it’s a habit that I will not change and Sam’s greatly supports my tradition by consistently saving me money and the convenience of drive-in pickup!

We had purchased this tissue exclusively years ago. The last 2 or so years had been purchasing members mark brand and loved the quality and softness. This last trip. Sams was out of the members mark so we went back to northern. It’s certainly not the same. It’s not as soft anymore, it’s thin and the rolls are not as wide as they used to be. Getting less and paying more.

I purchased Quilted Northern Ultra Soft and Strong unscented 12 Mega rolls and found it to be strongly fragranced in spite of the claim on the website that it is made "without inks, dyes or fragrances." I have used this product a long time but if it is not unscented anymore I will start buying a different product.

I don't think our family used Quilted Northern toilet paper most of the time. We tended to buy a thinner TP by another company because it was recommended by a plumber, i.e., it was easy to flush. However, once Quilted Northern started packaging the TP in paper rather than plastic, it became the only TP we bought. We avoid buying anything plastic, whenever possible, including things that come in plastic packaging. After using if for a couple of weeks, I realized it is an excellent product, far better than most toilet paper we usually used to use. We probably would not have tried the Ultra Soft & Strong if it had not come in paper wrapping. However, now Quilted Northern seems to have given up wrapping its TP in paper. It has gone back to packaging the Ultra Soft & Strong TP in plastic. We are now reluctant to buy it, looking for other alternatives. This is unfortunate because the TP inside the package is very good.

The size of these toilet paper rolls seems shorter than others. Am I imagining things? The width of the sheets are not as wide as other brands. Tissue is soft and does the job but I can't help but feel cheated or like I purchased a defective product.

I have used and loved this toilet paper for many years, however, it appears that they are making it differently now, or I would have given it 5 stars. I find small toilet paper wads around the rolls and my bathroom gets very "dusty" upon tearing the toilet paper off the roll. I have to clean my baseboards and flooring daily due to this.
