Never buying this again, had switched to another brand for past 6 months. Picked this up my last time in, when did whoever makes this make the decision to make the rolls so much more narrow than they used to be? Guess that’s one way to make more money than raising the prices.

This is the first time I purchased this product and was shocked to see how NARROW each sheet was compared to the Member's Mark Brand ...I will never purchase this product again. Sadly I did not take a photo ..but you can compare the brands for yourself if you are a Sam's Club Shopper.

Sadly, as we all know, the cost of everything has gone up..Fortunately, the quality of the Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong is pretty consistent. It is higher than it used to be, but it's not crazy high. I've found out through comparison shopping that Sam's Club still has one of the best prices around. Reliable product with fair prices? Yes please!

The size of this toilet paper has.been produced in a markedly.narrower.product and also a previous order was defective with a good amount of the.tissue was lacking the 2 sheets bonded. Making.then porous quality.of the tissue defective. I would prefer a higher quality product.

Not really more toilet paper as the package states. The rolls are jumbo but not as wide when compared to regular paper rolls. I figured the company wants more bang for its buck. The rolls looks jumbo but when compared to a regular roll. One can see the difference and see there the company made it smalller to look jumbo.

This product has undergone a significant drop in quality and value Rolls are smaller, center has increased in diameter and paper is thinner Also the number of rolls in your package has decreased This would be tolerable if the prices were reduced instead of increased considering the reduced volume of the product

I only bought this tissue because there was no members mark. I like the 45 roll s and every time they always run out of them. I wish they would learn to stock more. It seems like you’re out of them more often but there it’s the best toilet paper I’ve ever bought and it lasts me a lot longer where I’ve bought this northern and it seems like I’m going through so much more than I did with the Member’s. I don’t like this toilet paper but I only bought it because there was no Member’s toilet paper they were totally out, but this has happened often and so wish that you guys even if you have enough on the floor to stock some in the back so that you never run out this is probably the third time that this has happened to me. I love Sam and you have the most excellent customer service there, but it seems like every time that I like something that you either discontinue it or run out of it. There was one other product that I like that you got rid of and it’s called. roths havarti cheese it was a block of cheese for like seven or eight dollars and I would love that cheese. You sell it in a smaller package with smaller pieces with Gouda also and I don’t like the Gouda if it was just I’ll Havarti that would’ve been perfect but it’s not I like to grade my own cheese and I buy it in blocks. I’m just really getting frustrated that you run out of products or get rid of one that we love so much.😞

I used to LOVE Quilted Northern. But now it is really thin like one ply. My biggest issue is that there are hard white plastic like pieces in it! I don't have any idea what it could be, but it wasn't in just one roll. EVERY roll had HUNDREDS of these pieces. Had one get embedded in my skin! Will NEVER buy again!!

I had this item shipped. I’m not sure where Sam's Club stores the toilet paper in their distribution warehouse or if Quilted Northern shipped it this way from the factory, but this was the most moldiest smelling stuff I ever smelled. I ended up throwing it away - I initially thought only the outside plastic might have been the problem, but the mildew smell was on every roll. WARNING FOR OTHER CONSUMERS - if you smell mold/mildew on the outside packaging, take it back to the store for a refund as I wish I had done.
