I've been using the same product for years. All of a sudden, most of the rolls either shred when they unroll, or they don't tear at the perforations. Ugh, what a mess! My husband's disabled, and this is a real problem, not to mention how much we're wasting, and it's not inexpensive, you know?

While I really like your product, and I understand production costs, cutting the size of each roll by 33 sheets or 198 from a package of six (9% less) seems like a bit much in my opinion. If I continue to use this product it will definitely need to be sale priced for me to consider it. Since you are wrapping the rolls looser to make it seem to be the same size, you may want to invest in some new blades for your cutters as they are not cleanly cutting the rolls.

I'm not sure what happened with Quilted Northern. It has been my go-to toilet paper for 30 to 40 years -- I wouldn't buy anything else. But the past few times I've purchased the Quilted Northern Ultra Soft and Strong, I've found it strong, but rough. It has the feel of cheap toilet paper. I'm very, very disappointed and will be turning to Charmin for my next purchase.

Ever since you made the ultra soft and strong roll larger I don't like it anymore! The larger roll isn't larger you made the sides shorter. By doing this the cardboard roll is sqeeched and the last third of the roll is wrinkled! I love the old roll!
