I recently purchased two pkg of six rolls. This is what I normally choose, however, the two plys do not come off roll together, and it’s a lot of waste. Whatever you have changed, is not good. Please have your quality control take a look at this, and change the procedure.. Thank you

Please also bear in mind when sending coupons: Not all households NEED packages of 12 MEGA rolls - pls send some coupons that are usable for smaller households who do not purchase these jumbo roll count packages. Do you have coupons applying to smaller packages? Are you sending these too?

The edges of almost every role in the package I purchased were unfinished (little nubs of toilet paper), so when you pulled it on the roll, those “nubs” would fall to the ground. I was having to sweep them up after ever time the bathroom used. Won’t buy again.

It very soft and strong, just as described. It also works well cleaning up around the house. Multi purpose usage is the best and I am now a Quilted Northern user for good!!

We just bought quilted northern ultra soft and strong for the first time..it falls apart all over toilet and on your butt it’s all over the floor little tiny white pieces of toilet paper we have never had this happen with any other brand and we will never buy again not strong at all, want to take shower after just peeing because leaving little tiny pieces.

I had stopped buying Northern toilet paper because of the impact I thought it was having on the environment, so I switched to paper made from recycled paper. It was rough. I noticed that Northern has now stopped wrapping their toilet paper in plastic and is planting 3 trees for every 1 they cut down. I love how soft it is. I'm switching back.
